Այսօր հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսում «Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ում» հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ՀՀ Աժ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ա. Զաքարյանն առանձնահատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թաթուլ Մարգարյանին՝ Բրյուսելում ստեղծված արտակարգ իրավիճակում ՀՀ խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը ցուցաբերած համակողմանի աջակցության, ինչպես նաև պատվիրակության վերադարձը Ֆրանկֆուրտով կազմակերպելու համար:

Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի քաղաքական հարցերի հանձնաժողովում Արևելյան գործընկերության և ԵՄ երկրներին սպառնացող վտանգների և դրանց դիմակայելու վերաբերյալ զեկույցում մի քանի առանձին դրույթներ կան ԼՂ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ, որոնք ընդունելի են Հայաստանի համար: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

«Մասնավորապես, այդ զեկույցում հղում է կատարվում 1994թ. Հայաստանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի միջև կնքված զինադադարի համաձայնագրին և կոչ է արվում պահպանել հրադադարը: Այդտեղ կարևորվում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների երկխոսության արդյունքում հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ճանապարհներ գտնելը»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զաքարյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ զեկույցում խոսք է գնում նաև հակամարտության կարգավորման Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափը պահպանելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: «Զեկույցում առանձին դրույթով խոսվում է նաև փակ սահմանների մասին: Հասկանալի է՝ խոսքն այս դեպքում գնում է Թուրքիայի մասին, ով շարունակում է փակ պահել Հայաստանի հետ սահմանը»,- ասաց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
