Ադրբեջանում 500-ով մեծացել է ալիմենտ չվճարելու պատճառով դատապարտյալների թիվը. պաշտոնյա

 Ադրբեջանում ալիմենտ վճարելուց խուսափելու համար վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկված եւ ձերբակալված անձանց թիվը մեծացել է: 2015 թվականին նման անձանց թիվն Ադրբեջանում 233 էր:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, «Թրենդ»-ին հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի ընտանիքի, կանանց եւ երեխաների խնդիրների գծով Պետկոմիտեի տեղեկատվական եւ վերլուծական հետազոտությունների բաժնի ղեկավար Էլգյուն Սաֆարովը:

Նրա խոսքով` 2015 թվականին ամուսնալուծված ընտանիքներում ալիմենտների հետ կապված դատական գործերի թիվը կազմել է 60 565 (վճարվելու եւ չվճարվելու հետ միասին):

Սաֆարովն ասել է, որ 2015 թվականին ալիմենտ վճարելուց խուսափելու համար վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկված անձանց թիվը եղել է 2174:

«Նախորդ տարիներին այդ թիվը փոքր էր: Նախորդ տարիների համեմատ, 2015 թվականին ալիմենտի վճարումից խուսափելու համար վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվածների թիվը մոտ 500 հոգով շատացել է», -ասել է պաշտոնյան:

Սաֆարովը հավելել է, որ ալիմենտի վճարումից խուսափելու համար մոտ 500 դեպքով աճ է տեղի ունեցել վարչական ձերբակալության պատժաձեւի գծով եւս:

Եթե նախորդ տարիներին վարչական ձերբակալությունների պատժաձեւի գծով փաստերի թիվը մոտ 1000 էր, ապա 2015 թվականին դրանց թիվը հասել էր 1499-ի: Անցյալ տարի ալիմենտի վճարումից խուսափելու համար Ադրբեջանում 233 հոգու նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
