Ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ընտրական ցուցակների հրապարակման այլընտրանքը վստահված անձանց և դիտորդներին այդ ցուցակներին ծանոթանալու հնարավորություն ընձեռելն է: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը: «Մենք ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում սահմանել ենք, որ ընտրություններից հետո դիտորդները և վստահված անձինք կարող են դիմել և ծանոթանալ այդ ցուցակներին: Մենք պնդում ենք, որ ցուցակները պաշտոնապես չեն հրապարակվելու, քանի որ դա գաղտնիության սկզբունքի խախտում կլինի, սակայն մենք այլընտրանք առաջարկել ենք»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Նա հստակեցրեց, որ գործող օրենսգրքով սահմանված է, որ վերահաշվարկի դեպքում վստահված անձինք կարող են ծանոթանալընտրական ցուցակներին, իսկ առաջարկվող նախագծով վստահված անձինք ու նաև դիտորդները կարող են ծանոթանալ այդ ցուցակներին առանց վերահաշվարկի պահանջի: «Մեր ընդդիմադիր գործընկերներն էլ միշտ ասել են, թե ինչու վստահված անձը միայն վերահաշվարկի դեպքում կարող է տեսնել այդ ցուցակները: Մենք էլ գտել ենք, որ դա ճիշտ հարցադրում է ու առաջարկում ենք ցուցակներին ծանոթանալու հնարավորություն տալ առանց վերահաշվարկի պահանջի»,- նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Հարցին՝ կարո՞ղ է վստահված անձը ցուցակներում նկատած խախտումները դատարանում որպես ապացույց ներկայացնել, Դավիթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց. «Դատարանում վկայի խոսքն էլ կարող է հիմք լինել: Եթե, օրինակ, նա տեսել է, որ ենթադրենք ցուցակի 18-րդ համարի ներքո գտնվող անձի անվան դիմաց ստորագրված է և պնդում է, որ տվյալ անձը երկրում չէ կամ դատարանում ներկայացնում է այդ անձի կնոջ հայտարարությունը, որ նա արտերկրում է, դա արդեն դատարանի համար հիմք է, որպեսզի պահանջի լրացուցիչ ապացույցներ, իսկ լրացուցիչ ապացույց կարող է լինել քաղվածքը ստորագրված ցուցակ ներից: Խոսքն ընդամենը գնում է այն մասին, որ պաշտոնապես այդ ցուցակները հրապարակվել չեն կարող»,- եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:

Կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը մարտի 30-ին Ազգային ժողովում մասնակցել է ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի հերթական քննարկմանը, որի ժամանակ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների համար պարզաբանել է բոլոր այն հարցադրումները, որոնք հնչել են մարտի 18-ին ԱԺ-ում կազմակերպված խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ:
