Ալիսիա Դյուվալն ասում է, որ իր դեմքն այնքան էր տգեղացել պլաստիկ վիրահատություններից, որ ինքն վիճակի չի եղել անգամ ժպտալ, երբ երեխա է ունեցել: 

Աղջիկը պատմել է, որ վիրահատությունների նկատմամբ մոլուցքը քանդել է իր կյանքը:

  

Նա ենթարկվել է ավելի քան 350 վիրահատության և պատմել է այն վնասվածքների մասին, որոնք ստացել է դստեր՝ Պապայայի ծնվելուց հետո:

34-ամյա մոդելը, որոշելով վերջնականապես փրկել իր արտաքինը,  հեռացրել է բոլոր դիմային իմպլանտները:

Այդ վիրահատության ընթացքում բժիշկները ստիպված են եղել կոտրել նրա ծնոտը երկու տեղից, կտրել ականջները, որպեսզի մաշկը կրկին կարողանա գանգի վրա ձգվել:

Բժիշկները նաև կոտրել են նրա քիթը:
