 ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց ՀՀ-ում ծրագ­րա­­յին բյու­ջետավորման համակար­գի ներդր­ման 2015-2017 թվականների գործողություն­նե­րի ծրա­գի­րը նոր խմբագրությամբ վերասահմանելու նախագիծը: ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Պավել Սաֆարյանը նշեց, որ ծրագրայ ին բյուջետավորումը նոր ինստիտուտ է, և կառավարությունը նախատեսում է արդյունքների վրա հիմնված բյուջետավորմանն անցնել 2018 թվականից: Ըստ փոխնախարարի՝ պետբյուջեի տեսքն արմատապես փոխվելու է: «Մենք ունենալու ենք ոչ միայն ֆինանսական ցուցանիշներ, այլև արդյունքային՝ ոչ ֆինանսական, ժամկետային, որակական, քանակական ցուցանիշներ: Պետական բյուջեի ծախսերը դիտարկելու ենք այդ չորս տեսանկյուններից: Այս բարեփոխումը բավականին ընդգրկուն է, աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում այն տևում է 15-20 տարի, և մենք առաջիկա երկու տարում ունենալու ենք ծրագրային ձևաչափ»,- ասաց Սաֆարյանը:  

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագրային բյուջետավորման համակարգի ներդրումը շատ կարևոր է: «Ականատես ենք եղել բազմաթիվ քննադատությունների՝ պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի արդյունավետության հետ կապված և այլն: Ծրագրային բյուջետավորման համակարգի ներդրմամբ մենք բոլոր խնդիրների պատասխաններն ունենալու ենք: Ամենակարևորը, որ յուրաքանչյուր ծախսի տակ հաշվարկված է լինելու արդյունավետությունը: Դա շատ կարևոր է»,-  Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
