Սաուդյան Արաբիան կպատրաստվի էժան նավթի դարաշրջանին՝ ստեղծելով աշխարհի խոշորագույն ներդրումային ֆոնդը, որը միավորում է թագավորության ակտիվները։ Դրա ծավալը կարող է կազմել 2 տրլն դոլար։

Public Investment Fund (PIF) սաուդյան ինքնիշխան ֆոնդը կմիավորի 2 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ ակտիվները եւ թագավորությունում կօգտագործվի տնտեսության ոչ հումքային ոլորտում ներդրումների համար։ Այս մասին Bloomberg-ին ասել է Սալման թագավորի որդին՝ Մուհամմես բեն Սալմանը։ Հիմա PIF-ի տվյալները կազմում են 5.3 մլրդ դոլար։

«Անկասկած PIF-ը կլինի ամենամեծ ինքնիշխան ներդրումային ֆոնդը աշխարհում»,-  կարծում է երկրորդ գահաժառանգ արքայազն Մուհամմեդը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ PIF-ն արդեն Սաուդյան Արաբիայի առեւտրային բանկում եւ Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) ընկերությունում մասնաբաժին ունի։

Արքայազն Մուհամմեդը մանրամասնել է, որ PIF-ի ակտիվների աճը կսկսվի այն ժամանակ, երբ Saudi Aramco սաուդյան նավթային ընկերությունը կդառնա հանրային, իսկ նրա բաժնեմասերը կփոխանցվեն ֆոնդին։ Saudi Aramco-ն, որը իշխանությունները պլանավորվում են դուրս բերել բորսա, ունի նավթի խոշորագույն պաշարները՝ մոտ 260 մլրդ բարել։ Bloomberg-ի փոխանցմամբ անգամ, եթե նավթի գինը բարելի դիմաց 10 դոլար լինի, ընկերության շուկայական արժեքը կարող է կազմել 2.5 տրլն դոլար։

«Aramco ընկերության IPO անցկացնելը եւ դրա բաժնեմասերը PIF-ին հանձնելը փաստացի կնշանակի, որ Սուդյան Արաբիայի համար եկամուտների աղբյուր կդառնան ներդրումները, այլ ոչ թե նավթը»,- ասել է արքայազնը։
