Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ներուժը լիովին իրացված չէ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Հարությունյանը հայ-հնդկական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 7-րդ նիստին:

«Վերջին տարիներին երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմում է 50-60 միլիոն դոլար, որը միանշանակ ավելի ցածր է, քան հարաբերությունների ներուժը: Ընդ որում` առևտրաշրջանառության հատվածում մեծ մասը կազմում է Հնդկաստանից ներմուծումը, իսկ Հայաստանի արտահանման ծավալները բավականին փոքր են»,- ասաց նա:

Ռոբերտ Հարությունյանը շեշտեց, որ հայկական կողմը հատկապես երկու ուղղություններով է ձգտում զարգացնել տնտեսական հարաբերությունները Հնդկաստանի հետ: «Առաջինը դեղագործական ոլորտն է, մյուսը թանկարժեք քարերի վերամշակման ու ոսկերչության ճյուղը: Հնդկաստանն այս ոլորտներում ունի բավականին մեծ փորձ, աշխարհում ճանաչված լուրջ ընկերություններ են գործում այնտեղ, և մեր նպատակն է այդ ընկերությունները ներգրավել Հայաստանում»,-նշեց ԱԳ փոխնախարարը: Նա նկատեց, որ նշյալ ոլորտների համար Հայաստանում գործում են ազատ տնտեսական գոտիներ, ուր հարկա յին արտոնություններ են ընձեռված: Բացի այդ` ընկերությունները կարող են Հայաստանի միջոցով մուտք գործել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շուկա: «Այս նիստի ժամանակ մենք մեր գործընկերներին կներկայացնենք ազատ տնտեսական գոտիներում աշխատանքային գործունեություն ծավալելու հնարավորությունները: Նրանք ազատվում են հարկերից, դրան զուգահեռ կարող են մուտք գործել ԵԱՏՄ շուկա: Այդ տեսանկյունից Հայաստանը կարող է բավականին հեռանկարային լինել նրանց համար: Բացի այդ` Հայաստանն ունի ամենալիբերալ տնտեսություններից մեկը ԱՊՀ տարածքում»,-փաստեց պաշտ ոնյան:

Խոսելով տեղեկատվական տոխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության մասին` Ռոբերտ Հարությունյանը կարևորեց Հայ-հնդկական գերազանցության կենտրոնի գործունեությունը` այն համարելով լուրջ ձեռքբերում հայկական ՏՏ ոլորտում: «Այս հանդիպմանը քննարկելու ենք նաև այդ կենտրոնի զարգացման, աշխատանքների ընդլայնման, վերազինման խնդիրները»,-ասաց նա:

ԱԳ փոխնախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ հնդիկ գործընկերների հետ պայմանագրային դաշտին վերաբերող հարցեր են քննարկելու, մասնավորապես, կրթության ոլորտում ավարտական դիպլոմների փոխճանաչելիության խնդիրը, ինչը հնդիկ ուսանողների նոր հոսք կապահովի դեպի Հայաստան, մյուսն էլ ուսանողական փոխայցերի կազմակերպումն է:
