ԼՂՀ ԱԺ-ն արտահերթ նիստում ընդունել է Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները դատապարտող հայտարարություն

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների նախաձեռնությամբ ապրիլի 2-ին  հրավիրվել է Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ, որը վարել է ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, օրակարգում եղել է մեկ հարց՝ ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովը հայտարարություն Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ի նախահարձակ գործողության վերաբերյալ: Նիստի ընթացքում ընդունվել է հայտարարություն:

«Հրադադարից հետո տարիներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ քաղաքականությունը քայլ առ քայլ տարածաշրջանը դարձնում է ռազմական գործողությունների թատերաբեմ: Ապրիլի 2-ին Ադրբեջանն աննախադեպ լայնածավալ հարձակում ձեռնարկեց՝ հարվածելով ոչ միայն Արցախի ռազմական օբյեկտներին, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերին, որի հետևանքով զոհվեցին և վիրավորվեցին խաղաղ բնակիչներ, այդ թվում անմեղ երեխաներ:

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից նախաձեռնված այս ահաբեկչական գործողությունները ոչ միայն ուղղված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության դեմ, այլև հարված են միջազգային անվտանգության համակարգին:

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովը, իր վստահությունն արտահայտելով Պաշտպանության բանակի հմուտ գործողություններին, Արցախի քաղաքացիների և հատկապես սահմանային բնակավայրերի բնակչության բարոյահոգեբանական բարձր պատրաստվածությանը,

-   համարում է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը, անընդհատ ենթարկվելով պաշտոնական Բաքվի շանտաժին, տարիներ շարունակ իր մոտեցումներով հավասարության նշան դնելով կողմերի միջև՝  շարունակում է ոգևորել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ նկրտումները,

-   փաստում է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման անտեսումը հանգեցնում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձարձակ գործողությունների: Ագրեսորին չզսպելը բերելու է տարածաշրջանում անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով նոր սրացումների, ինչի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնելու է ոչ միայն պաշտոնական Բաքվի, այլև նրան սատարող ուժերի վրա»:
