 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում  այսօր տեղի է ունեցել գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել է նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: Մինչ ընթացիկ օրակարգային հարցերին անդրադառնալը՝  նախարարն ընդգծել է մեր պետության ներքին և արտաքին մարտահրավերները նոր խնդիրներ են դնում պետական  ողջ համակարգի, այդ թվում նա և կրթության ոլորտի  առջև: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

«Կրթության առաջնային խնդիրները դաստիարակությունն է, որը պետք է ընդգծված գաղափար լինի Կրթության ազգային ծրագրում և դառնա ազգային դպրոցի  հիմնասյունը: Հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունը մենք պետք է սկսենք մանկապարտեզից  և շթղան հասցնենք մինչև բուհ: Մենք այստեղ ունենք գոհացուցիչ պատկեր, ինչի մասին է վկայում հազարավոր կամավորների առաջին գիծ մեկնելու  պատրաստակամությունը: Բայց սա շարունակական գործընթաց է և պետք է հստակ արտահայտված լինի Կրթության զարգացման ազգային նոր ծրագրում՝ հետագա տասնամյակի կտրվածքով»,- նշել է Լևոն Մկ րտչյանը և հավելել, որ հայրենասիրությունը  արտահայտվում է ոչ միայն  մարտի դաշտում, այլև ամենօրյա պարտաճանաչ աշխատանքում՝ կրթական  բնականոն  և որակյալ գործընթացի կազմակերպմամբ:

Նախարարն իր խոսքում  անդրադարձել  է ԿԳՆ «Թեժ գիծ» հեռախոսակապով ստացվող բողոքների և այդ հիմքով իրականացվող գործընթացների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը՝ նշելով, որ պետք է ահազանգերի վերլուծություն կատարվի՝ շեշտը դնելով համակարգն արատավորող խնդիրների կանխարգելման,  բացահայտման և լուծման աշխատանքների վրա:  Անդրադառնալով միջին մասնագիտական և արհեստագործական կրթության խնդիրներին՝  նախարարը նշել է, որ ոլորտում  կատարված ներդրումների և առկա արդյունքների համապատասխանությունը մտահոգիչ է և համակարգային վերլուծությունը պետք է դրվի հետագա աշխատանքի հիմքում: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտի կառավարման արդյունավետութան բարձրացման, Կրթության ազգային ինստիտուտի աշխատանքային ռազմավարության վերանայման, ավագ դպրոցների  և ոլորտային այլ խնդիրների, որոնց առնչությամբ ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին  տրվել են հանձնարարականներ:
