Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում էին ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման խնդրով զբաղվող միջնորդների թվում տեսնել Թուրքիային, այսօր հասկանում են, որ «արյունակցական անվտանգության» մոտեցում որդեգրած այդ երկրին պետք է ընդհանրապես հեռու պահել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործընթացից:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այս մասին ԵԱՀԿ անդամ երկրների դեսպանների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

«ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից երկրներից մեկը՝ Թուրքիան, որը հաճախ հիշեցնում է իր` Մինսկի խմբի անդամակցության մասին, հանդես է գալիս տարածաշրջանում մեծ պատերազմ հրահրելու դիրքերից և բացահայտ քաջալերում է ադրբեջանական ղեկավարության արկածախնդիր քաղաքականությունը: Ադրբեջանը պարծենում է իր իբրև թե արձանագրված հաղթանակով, իսկ Թուրքիան՝ շնորհավորում է նրան դրանում:

Մինչ միջազգային հանրությունը դատապարտում է ուժի կիրառումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, թեև միայն խոսքերով, Թուրքիան միակն է, որ աներկբա աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում ադրբեջանական արկածախնդրությա նը: Անկարայի կողմից այս իրավիճակից առաջ և հետո կատարած հայտարարությունները, որոնցով այդ երկիրը կարծես թե իր հակահայկական մոտեցումներով փորձում է մրցակցության մեջ մտնել Ադրբեջանի հետ, կարող են ձևավորել տարածաշրջանային լարվածության նոր օջախ, ինչի փորձը Թուրքիան ունի Մերձավոր Արևելքում:
