Երևանում կսկսվի չինական դպրոցի շինարարությունը

 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում նախարար  Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ու ՉԺՀ առևտրատնտեսկան հարցերով խորհրդական Վան Շիցեյը ստորագրել են  Երևանում չինարենի խորացված   ուսուցմամբ  դպրոցի նախագծի իրականացման համաձայնագիրը, որով նախատեսվում  է սկսել  շինարարական աշխատանքները: Չինական դպրոցի կառուցման ծրագիրը հաստատված է Հայաստան ի Հանրապետության և Չինաստանի ժողովրդական Հանրապետության  միջև կնքված 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ի միջկառավարական համաձայնագրով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Կարևորելով նախագիծը՝  Կրթության և գիտության նախարարը  նշել է, որ Հայաստանը ազգային կրթական համակարգի զարգացման համատեքստում   կարևորում է կրթական երկխոսությունն ու  միջմշակութային կապերի զարգացումը:

«Չինարենի խորացված ուսուցմամբ դպրոցը մեզ համար առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի, մենք այն դիտարկում ենք  երկու հիանավուրց ժողովուրդների  պատմության, լեզվի ու մշակույթի  ճանաչման արդյունավետ  մեխանիզմ»,- նշել է Լ. Մկրտչյանը:

Համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության  որոշման՝   չինարենի  խորացված  ուսուցմամբ դպրոցը  կառուցվելու է Երևանի  Զ. Սարկավագի 14 հասցեում գտնվող  Հ. Գյուլիքեխվյանի անվան  N103 ավագ դպրոցի տարածքում:

Համաձայնագրում ամրագրվում է, որ նախագծային և շինարարական աշխատանքերն ամբողջությամբ իրականացվում են   Չինաստանի կողմից: Հայկական կողմը,  համաձայն  ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգի, ապահովում է  փորձաքննության և վերահսկողության  իրականացումը:

Չինական դպրոցի ծրագիր ամբողջությամբ ֆինասավորվում է Չինաստանի հանրապետության կառավարության կողմից: Շինարարության արժեքը կազմում է ավելի քան 101 մլն. յուան (շուրջ 15 մլն դոլար): Ամրագրվում է, որ շինարարական աշխատանքները կմեկնարկեն  2016թ. և կտևեն 2 տարի:

Կրթական համալիրն ունենալու է հանրակացարանային և ուսումնական  մասնաշենքեր, հագեցած է լինելու ժամանակակից տեխնիկական սարքավորումներով  և տարածաշրջանում լինելու է բացառիկ:
