Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցում Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն չի հեռանում պատասխանատվության իր մասից և կարգավորման անխափան գործընթաց ապահովելու պարտականությունից, այլ շարունակելու է ակտիվորեն դրան մասնակցել:

Այս մասին Բաքվում կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը:

«Ռուսաստանի դերը կարծում եմ ակնհայտ է` մենք Մինսկի խմբում համանախագահող երկրներից մեկն ենք: Ռուսաստանը երբևէ պատասխանատվությունից չի խուսափել: Հենց այս ամենը տեղի ունեցավ, նախագահը զանգարահել է և՛ նախագահ Ալիևին, և՛ նախագահ Սարգսյանին, արտահայտել է մեր դիրքորոշումը, կողմերին կոչ արել հանդարտվել, վերադառնալ բանակցությունների սեղանին, սկսել խորհրդակցություններ, կրակի դադարեցում հայտարարել: Բնական է այս ջանքերը շարունակվել են. Լավրովը եկել էր Բաքու, երեկ ես խորհրդակցություններ եմ ունեցել Երևանում, այսօր Բաքվում»,- ասել է ՌԴ կառա վարության ղեկավարը:

Մեդվեդևի հաղորդմամբ` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ ինքը չի լսել պնդումներ այն մասին, որ հակամարտության կարգավորման միջոցը ռազմականն է կամ լարվածության աճը: «Հակառակը` բոլորն էլ ասացին, որ այս շատ բարդ հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղին բանակցությունների միջոցով է, և որ հրադադարի պահպանմանն ու այն երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության վերածելու այլընտրանք գոյություն չունի: Սա ամենից կարևորն է»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ վարչապետը:

Խոսելով հակամարտության կարգավորման ձևաչափի մասին` Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը նշել է, որ նոր մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելը կարող է կրկնակի վտանգավոր լինել, քանի որ դրանով կաթվածահար կարվի գործող մեխանիզմների աշխատանքը: Նրա կարծիքով` պետք է վերադառնալ բանակցությունների այն սեղանին, որ ստեղծվում էր վերջին 20 տարիների ընթացքում: «Եթե այս հակամարտությունն առաջացած լիներ մի քանի տարի առաջ, ապա այս հարցին շատ բարդ կլիներ պատասխանելը, սակայն, ցավոք, այս հակամարտությունը տևում է 1994թ-ից, ուստի կան և՛ մեխանիզմներ, և՛ ֆորմատներ, և՛ առաջարկներ, խումբ, որը զբաղվում է դրանով: Բոլոր այս մեխանիզմները կան, սակայն, ցավոք, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, դա չի ապահովագրում նմանատիպ լարվածության աճից և ողբերգական իրադարձություններից, որոնք վերջերս տեղի ունեցան»,- շեշտեց ՌԴ վարչապետը:
