ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը կարևորել է հրադադարը իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող համաձայնագրով ամրապնդումը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ապրիլի 8-ին ընդունել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովին, Ջեյմս Ուորլիքին և Պիեռ Անդիոյին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշչիկը: Հանդիպումը նվիրված էր վերջին օրերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծ ած լայնածավալ հարձակողական գործողությունների և հնարավոր զարգացումների քննարկմանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, որի հաղորդագրությունում  նշված է.  «Զրուցակիցների խնդրանքով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն անդրադարձավ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողություններին և ձևավորված իրավիճակին:

Սեյրան Օհանյանը համանախագահների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց վերջին օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմի բացահայտ ագրեսիայի հիմնական առաձնահատկությունների վրա, որոնց թվում էին հայկական կողմի զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց դեմ ադրբեջանական զինուժի գործած ռազմական հանցագործությունները և զինված հակամարտության իրավունքի այլ դրույթների կոպիտ ոտնահարումները: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի հերոսական և հմուտ գործողություններն ապահովեցին Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիայի լիարժեք դիմադարձումը և հակառակորդի հետագա գործողությունների կանխումը:

Ընդգծվեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, չնայած ճշգրիտ թիրախավորման և նոր բարենպաստ բնագծերի զբաղեցման միջոցով հակառակորդի սանձահարմանը ներգավվելու պատրաստականությանը, դեռևս շարունակում է ապավինել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բանակցային կարգավորանը: Որպես հակամարտության շուրջ ձևավորված զինված դիմակայության թուլացման նախապայման` պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը կարևորեց ցանկացած հրադադար իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող համաձայնագրով ամրապնդելու հրամայականը»:
