19-ամյա Արթուր Գևորգյանը  քեռու՝  Արցախյան ազատամարտում կյանքը հայրենիքին տված Արթուր Աթոյանի անունն էր կրում. Տղայի հայրը մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմում է, թե ինչպես ավագ Արթուրը 1994 թվականին որպես կամավոր գնաց պատերազմ ու զոհվեց, իսկ 1997 թվականին նրա անունքով կնքեցին իր որդուն:

Արթուրը հոր հետ Ռուսաստանում է ապրել, աշխատել. «Մեդլեյոր-դիզայներ էր, խելոք, շատ աշխատասեր տղա էր: Գիշերն էլ  էր աշխատում»,- հայրը այսօր՝ որդու հուղարկավորության ժամանակ նայում է ոտքերին, խորը հոգոց քաշում.

«Էս կոշիկներն էլ ինքն էր մոդելավորել»: «Երկու տարի էր՝ աշխատում էր: Հենց 18 տարեկանը լրացավ, կամավոր եկավ Հայաստան: Ասում էր՝ հայրենիքիս պարտքը կկատարեմ, հետո կաշխատեմ»,- հայրը պատմում է, որ որդին ապրիլի 2-ից հետո անհայտ կորած էր համարվում: Երբ իմացել է որդու անհայտ կորած լինելու մասին, Ռուսաստանից վերադարձել է:

Պատմում են, որ մարտի 31-ին վերջին անգամ զանգել է հարազատներին, ասել՝ բարձրանում են դիրքեր: Ապրիլի 2-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանի հրահրած մարտական գործողություններից հետո նրա մասին տեղեկություններ չեն ունեցել:
