Վերջին օրերի զարգացումները բավականին մեծ հոգեբանական ազդեցություն ունեցան հանրության տարբեր շերտերի վրա: Այս օրերին սահմանային լարվածությունները համեմատաբար թուլացել են, սակայն ինչպես իր հարցազրույցում նշել էր Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը. պայքարը ռազմական դաշտից տեղափոխվում է դիվանագիտական հարթակ: Այստեղ ամեն ինչ այլ է, և պետք է հնարավորինս ազատվել նախորդ օրերի հուզականությունից ու իրերին սթափ նայել:

Այս օրերին քննարկվում էր Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ նիստի մասնակցության հարցը: Ինչպես գիտենք օրեր առաջ ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը հրապարակային խնդրել էր ՀՀ վարչապետին մասնակցել Մոսկվայում ռուսական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացվող նիստին: Նախնական պայմանավորևվածության համաձայն հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա ՀՀ-ում:

Նախ նկատենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ նիստի տեղափոխելը Երևանից դեպի Մոսկվա արվեց Ղազախստանի թեթև ձեռքով: Իհարկե, պաշտոնական դիրքերից Ղազախստանի առաջարկին կողմ արտահայտված պետությունները դա կկապեն ռեգիոնալ լարված իրավիճակի և որոշակի ռիսկերի հետ, սակայն Ղազախստանի նման նախաձեռնությունը բոլորիս համար է պարզ, թե ինչ արմատներ ունի:

Իհարկե, նիստը բոյկոտելը կնշանակեր, որ Հայաստանը դժգոհ է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների՝ այս օրերին ընդունած կեցվածքից, սակայն նիստին չմասնակցելը պարունակում էր մի շարք ռիսկեր: Ոչ ոք չգիտի, թե ԵԱՏՄ նիստի օրակարգում առկա հարցերից զատ ինչ թեմաներ կբացվեն, ի՞նչ համատեքստում կանդրադառնան ԼՂՀ տարածքում տեղի ունեցած էսկալացիոն գործընթացներին: Եվ եթե լինի մեզ համար ամենավատ սցենարը, Ղազախստանն ու Բելառուսը հանդես կգան մեզ համար անընդունելի տեքստերով, հարց է առաջանում, ո՞վ է այնտեղ հակադարձելու նրանց...
Բացի այդ նիստին չմասնակցելու պարագայում հնարավոր է հարվածի տակ դրվեր հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները:
Հասկանլի է բոլոր այն դժգոհությունները, որ այսօր տիրում է հանրային դաշտում, սակայն հուզականության վրա կառուցված քաղաքականությունը երկար կյանք չունի և հղի է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով:
