Geoclub.info կայքը հրապարակել է համաշխարհային լրատվամիջոցներին ոչ այդքան հայտնի Ադրբեջանի սպառազինության, ինչպես նաև զենք մատակարարող երկրների ցուցակները և նրանց ստորագրված պայմանագրերի ամսաթվերը և տարիները:

Նյութի հեղինակը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է պահանջի վերանայել ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում անդամների և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունները, հատկապես սպառազինության ոլորտում: Այդ գործընթացը պետք է նախաձեռնել անհապաղ և բարձր մակարդակով:

Խնդրում եքն հղում անել այս նյութին՝ Ադրբեջանի սպառազինության մասին հրապարակումներ անելու ժամանակ:

Ըստ ցուցակի, Ադրբեջանը ռազմական համագործակցություն է իրականացնում հետևայլ երկրների հետ՝ Բելառուս (ՀԱՊԿ անդամ), Գերմանիա (ՌԾՈւ), Վրաստան, Իսրաել, Ռուսաստան (ՀԱՊԿ անդամ), ԱՄՆ (ՌԾՈւ), Թուրքիա, Ուկրաինա, Հարավային Աֆրիկա:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է այն հանգամանքին, որ ԼՂՀ-ն ՀԱՊԿ անդամ չէ, այդ պատճառով ՀԱՊԿ պայամանագրերի կետերը նրան չեն վերաբերվում, հույս ունենք, որ ԼՂՀ ճանաչման հարցը մոտակա ապագային հարց է, սակայն պետք է նշել, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից կրակոցներ են արձակվում նաև Հայաստանի (ՀԱՊԿ անդամ) տարածքների վրա: Հետևաբար, կարծում ենք, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է և կարող են օգտվել այդ փաստով, որպեսզի պահանջեն դադարեցնեն սպառազինության մատակարարումները Ադրբեջանին: Այսպիսով, հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տարածքների վրա կրակոցները, կարելի է պահանջել Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների վերանայումը ՀԱՊԿ այլ անդամների հետ: Կարծում եքն, որ ռուսական և բելառուսական սպառազինության մատակարարումները պետք է կանգնեցվեն:
