«Ցավում ենք ու հպարտանում» խորագրի ներքո ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը հրապարկել է Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողի անունն ու լուսանկարը:

ՀՀ «Երկրապահ» կամավորականների միության անդամ
Արցախի պաշտպանությանն առաջիններից մեկը կամավորագրվել է 2016թ. ապրիլի 2-ին, մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցել Թալիշի ուղղությունում, որտեղ և ապրիլի 4-ի լույս 5-ի գիշերը, թեժ մարտերի ընթացքում զոհվել է հերոսի մահով։ 

Նորայր Հաջիյանը ծնվել է 1976թ. հուլիսի 17-ին, Բաքվում, լրագրողի ընտանիքում։ 1988թ. հայտնի իրադարձությունների պատճառով տեղափոխվել է Երևան։ 1992թ. դեկտեմբերից մինչև 1995թ. օգոստոսի վերջերը տարբեր կամավորական ջոկատների կազմում («Արամո-114» ԵԿ գումարտակ, Կորյուն Ղումաշյանի ԵԿ գումարտակ, ՙԱրծիվ-24՚ ԵԿ ջոկատ) մասնակցել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանությանը (Կոռնիձոր, Շուռնուխ) և Արցախի ինքնապաշտպանությանը (Լաչին, Քելբաջար, Օմարի բարձունք, Ղուբաթլու, Մարտակերտ)։ 

1997-1999թթ. ժամկետային զինծառայություն է անցել ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակում (Ասկերանի պաշտպանական շրջան)։ 

2015թ. օգոստոսին՝ Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիայի օրերին, կամավորագրվել և ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է Արցախի պաշտպանական մարտերին։ 

Ունի բարձրագույն կրթություն, ավարտել է Ստեփանակերտի «Մեսրոպ Մաշտոց» համալսարանի տնտեսագիտության ֆակուլտետը։ 

Անձնագրային հաշվառման մեջ գտնվելով Երևանում, ժամկետային զինծառայությունն ավարտելուց հետո մշտապես բնակվում էր Ստեփանակերտում։ 

Երկար տարիներ աշխատել է«Ղարաբաղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ-ում, իսկ վերջին տարում՝ ԼՂՀ գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամում։ 

Պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության «Դրաստամատ Կանայան» (04.05. 2007թ.), «Վազգեն Սարգսյան» (14.09.2011թ.), ԼՂՀ «Մայրություն» ՀԿ «Մայրական երախտագիտություն» (09.05.2009թ.) մեդալներով, ՀՀ «Արամազդ» հուշամեդալով, ԼՂՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով (հետմահու)՝ «Մարտական ծառայություն» (05.04.2016թ.) մեդալով։

Ունի երկու որդի՝ 10 և 6 տարեկան։
