Մի կարծեք, թե հեշտ է ՀՀ իշխանական վերնախավի համար հրադադարի հաստատումից հետո: Ես կասեի ավելի բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել: Արցախում 5-օրյա պատերազմը բավական լուրջ մտորելու առիթ տվեց, սակայն գիտակից մարդը պետք է իմանար և գոնե կանխատեսեր նման իրավիճակ: Բանն այն է, որ ԼՂՀ-ի անկախության ճանաչման հարցը դառնում է օրակարգային, իսկ այս դեպքում ակտիվանում է Եվրոպան: Եվրախորհրդարանում քննարկումներ են տեղի ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ և կարելի է ասել, որ հարցը կարող է դրական լուծվել, սակայն Եվրոպական երկրների դիվանագետները հստակ սպասում են արձագանքի Հայաստանից, իսկ արձագանքը Հայաստանի քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունը դեպի Արևմուտք հավաստող համաձայնությունը կարող է լինել: Ռուսաստանը քաջ գիտակցում է, որ Հայաստանը նման իրավիճակում կարող է գնալ այդ քայլին, այդ իսկ պատառով իրեն վերապահեց «հրշեջի» դերը՝ հրադադար պարտադրելով կողմերին, այդ կերպ ժամանակ շահելով և կոնֆլիկտը նորից սառեցնելով... Ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ վարած «երկկենցաղ» քաղաքականությունն այլևս ապագա չունի: Հայաստանը պետք է դիմի այլ քայլերի, այդ թվում նաև ԼՂՀ-ի անկախության ճանաչման, ապա Հայաստանի անքակտելի մաս ճանաելու գործընթացի սկսում...
