Բորդյուժան գալիս է Հայաստանին ձեռնաշղթա հագցնելու.«Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Այսօր Երեւան է ժամանում ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան: Նա հանդիպելու է Հայաստանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին, Սերժ Սարգսյանին, Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին, Սեյրան Օհանյանին: Ինչո՞ւ է գալիս Բորդյուժան: Պետք է ենթադրել, որ Բորդյուժան գալիս է Հայաստանին, այսպես ասած, կարգի հրավիրելու:

Բանն այն է, որ եթե այդ մարդը որեւէ այլ նպատակով էր գալու Հայաստան, այսպես ասած՝ անվտանգության դաշնակցային գործերով, ապա նա Հայաստան պետք է գար ապրիլի 2-ին կամ 3-ին, կամ գոնե 4-ին, քանի դեռ Արցախն ու Հայաստանը դիմագրավում էին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան: Եթե Բորդյուժան գալիս էր որպես դաշնակից, ապա նա Հայաստան պետք է գար հենց այդ ժամանակ՝ թե՛ դաշնակցային հարցեր քննարկելու, թե՛ նաեւ ագրեսոր Ադրբեջանին ցույց տալու, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը պատրաստ է կատարել դաշինքային պարտավորությունները:

Այն մտքերը, թե Արցախը Հայաստանի դե յուրե տարածք չէ եւ ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության գոտի չէ, հեքիաթներ են միամիտների համար կամ պարզապես քաղաքական դեմագոգիա: Համենայնդեպս Ղրիմի հարցում Ռուսաստանը, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի լոկոմոտիվն է, կարծեք թե առանձնապես չկաշկանդվեց դե յուրե սահմանափակումներով: Եվ ոչ էլ Աստանան ու Մինսկն են սահմանափակվում դե յուրե դաշնակից Հայաստանի փոխարեն որեւէ կերպ դե յուրե ՀԱՊԿ մեջ չտեղավորվող Ադրբեջանին աջակցելուց:

Եվ ուրեմն՝ Բորդյուժան Երեւան է գալիս Հայաստանին զսպելու եւ այսպես ասած՝ դաշնակցային կապանքները ձգելու: Մեդվեդեւը եկավ դա ԵՏՄ շրջանակում անելու, եւ ինչպես երեկ տեսանք՝ արեց ի դեմս Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մոսկովյան վոյաժների, հիմա Բորդյուժան գալիս է ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում կապանքները ձգելու, որպեսզի Հայաստանը շատ չոգեւորվի Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարած բարոյա-հոգեբանական եւ նաեւ ռազմական հաղթանակով, որը կասեցվեց Մոսկվայի միջնորդությամբ:

Հայաստանի իշխանությունը կշիռ չունեցավ չմեկնելու Մոսկվա ԵՏՄ վարչապետների հավաքին, որը պետք է Երեւանում տեղի ունենար, սակայն ի նշան Ադրբեջանի հետ համերաշխության տեղի ունեցավ Մոսկվայում: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ կշիռ չի լինի նաեւ Բորդյուժայի հարցում, որին Երեւանում պարզապես շատ գեղեցիկ կերպով կարող են տեղեկացնել, որ Հայաստանը հիասթափված է դաշինքի անդամների ընդհանրապես պահվածքից եւ ներկայումս չունի ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակում որեւէ քննարկելու բան՝ դաշնակիցների վարքը հստակեցնելուց բացի»:
