 Ապրիլի 14-ին Երեւանում կայացել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մրցակցության եւ հակամենաշնորհային կարգավորման հարցերով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Նուռլան Ալդաբերգենովի խորհրդակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետությունների հակամենաշնորհային մարմինների ղեկավարների հ ետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի տեղեկագրին, քննարկվել են ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետությունների միջազգային բջջային կապի ոլորտում օրենսդրության ներդաշնակեցման եւ խոչընդոտների վերացման հարցերը, ավտոմոբիլների, լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության մեջ օգտագործվող հատուկ տեխնիկայի, դեղագործական արտադրանքի անդրազգային շուկաներում դիստրիբյուտորական եւ դիլերային համաձայնագրեր կնքելիս հակամրցակցային պրակտիկաների կասեցման եւ կանխարգելման առավել արդյունավետ եղանակները, ինչպես նաեւ պայքարը կարտելների դեմ եւ մրցակցության վիճակը Միության անդրսահմանային շուկաներում:

«5+1» ձեւաչափով խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են Հայաստանի տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը, Բելառուսի Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության գնային քաղաքականության դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Իգոր Ֆոմինը, Ղազախստանի ազգային Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության բնական մենաշնորհների եւ մրցակցության պաշտպանության կարգավորման կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Ալիա Ջումաբաեւան, Ղրղզստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր հակամենաշնորհային կարգավորման պետական գործակալության նախագահ Բուլսունբեկ Կազակովը, ՌԴ համերկրային հակամենաշնորհային ծառայության փոխղեկավար Ալեքսեյ Դոցենկոն:

Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները նշել են, որ Հանձնաժողովի, ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների հակամենաշնորհային մարմինների եւ բջջային կապի օպերատորների համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում նվազեցվել Է ձայնային կապի ծառայությունների արժեքը ռոումինգում, ինչը թույլ Է տալիս զարգացնել տնտեսական ինտեգրացումը, ապահովել տնտեսական առաջընթացը, ընդլայնել համատեղ նախագծերը տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում, ինչպես նաեւ ավելացնել տուրիստական հոսքը ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների միջեւ:

Խորհրդակցությունում որոշում Է ընդունվել շարունակել աշխատանքն այդ ոլորտում, այդ թվում՝ 2017 թվականին ռոումինգում ձայնային կապի ծառայությունների արժեքի հերթական նվազեցման համար պայմանների ստեղծման գործում:

Բացի այդ, քննարկվել են ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդրսահմանային շուկաներում դիստրիբյուտորական եւ դիլերային համաձայնագրեր կնքելիս հակամենաշնորհային պրակտիկաների հարցերը: Առանձնակի ուշադրություն Է դարձվել կարտելների դեմ պայքարի հարցերին, այդ թվում՝ մրցակցության ընդհանուր կանոնների խախտումների կանխման, բացահայտման ու կասեցման գծով ԵԱՏՀ-ի եւ ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների հակամենաշնորհային մարմինների համատեղ գործողությունների ուժեղացմանը:

ԵԱՏՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչները նաեւ մասնակցել են Հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականության միջպետական խորհրդի՝ ապրիլի 14-ին կայացած նիստի աշխատանքին:

Խորհրդի նախագահ Է ընտրվել ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնում փոխարինել Է Ռուսաստանի համերկրային հակամենաշնորհային ծառայության ղեկավար Իգոր Արտեմեւին:
