Ոչ մի ռազմավարական դիրք հակառակորդին հանձնված չէ։ Այդ մասին Հանրային հեռուստատեսության եթերում հայտարարել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, այն որոշակի շարժը, որ թե իրենց, թե մեր կողմից են եղել, մեծ մասը չպահվող դիրքեր են, մեզ համար էական նշանակություն չունեն, իսկ գրավված դիրքերի մեծ մասը վերականգնվել են։

Ըստ նախարարի՝ 2014-ից Ադրբեջանը սկսեց ակտիվացնել լարվածությունը, նաեւ թուրքական արտադրության զինատեսակներով գնդակոծել է ոչ միայն դիրքերը, այլեւ խաղաղ օբյեկտները։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նոր եւ ծանր զինատեսակների կիրառմանը, դրանք ըստ նախարարի, հակառակորդի կողմից կիրառվել են գործողությունների վերջին փուլում, երբ դիվերսիան չի հաջողվել։ «Հիստերիայի մեջ ընկած՝ փորձել են դրա կիրառմամբ ցույց տալ, որ ուժ ունեն եւ միաժամանակ գնալ հրադադարի»,- ասել է նախարարը՝ նշելով, թե ՌԴ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետն է դիմել, ասել, որ հակառակորդը հրադադար է առաջարկել։

Նախարարը նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի վերջին տարիների հետեւողական սպառազինումը մշտապես եղել է մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ «Նորություն չէ, որ քանակային առումով եւ սպառազինությամբ իրենք ավելի շատ են։ Այն զինատեսակները, որոնք եղել են նրանց մոտ, դրանց մասին իմացել ենք։ Մեր զոհերի զգալի մասը ոչ թե այդ զինատեսակների, այլ առաջին գծում մինչեւ վերջին փամփուշտը կռվելու արդյունք են»,- ասել է նախարարը։ Նա նաեւ պարզաբանել է «մինչեւ վերջին փամփուշտը» արտահայտությունը, որը շատերը ներկայացրել էին ոպես փամփուշտի պակասի հետեւանք։ Ըստ Օհանյանի, դա զինվորական արտահայտություն է, եւ չի նշանակում, որ տղաները փամփուշտ չեն ունեցել։

Հարցին, թե Հայաստանն այսօր ունի լրացուցիչ զինատեսակների կարիք, Օհանյանը պատասխանել է. «Սպառազինումը անընդհատ գործընթաց է, մենք արդեն իսկ անցել ենք սպառազինության համալրման երկրորդ փուլին։ Սա մի գործընթաց է, որի մասին մենք պարբերաբար ներկայացնում ենք»։

Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշել է, քննարկել են պատերազմի դասերը եւ եկել եզրահանգման, որ ռազմական ուժերի զարգացմանը պլանը համապատասխանում է իրավիճակին, թեպետ որոշակի փոփոխություններ կլինեն։ Կան բացթողումներ, որոնց վրա անպայման աշխատելու են։
