Իշխանություններն ընտրական ցուցակները մաքրելու ընդդիմության առաջարկն ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում չեն ներառելու, սակայն պատրաստ են աջակցել ընդդիմությանը ցուցակները մաքրելու հարցում: Ազգային ժողովում ընտրական օրենսգրքի 4+4+4 ձևաչափով քննարկման ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:

«Մենք այն կարծիքին ենք, որ ցուցակների մաքրում ը ընտրական օրենսգրքի խնդիր չէ: Մենք կարող ենք նման որոշում կայացնել կառավարության որոշմամբ, եթե դուք կգտնենք ցուցակները մաքրելու ռացիոնալ տարբերակ: Նշեմ, որ մենք այս գործընթացին չենք ցանկանում մասնակցել, չենք ցանկանում դրա համար որոշակի պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել: Մենք համաձայն ենք, եթե ընդդիմադիր դաշտի կուսակցությունները հանգեն մի եզրակացության, թե ինչ մեխանիզմ կարելի է կիրառել, մենք պատրաստ ենք ապահովել հնարավորություն»,- նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ընտրությունների ընթացքում բոլոր ընտրական տեղամասերում տեսանկարահանում ապահովելու ընդդիմության առաջարկին՝ Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ եթե կլինի դոնոր կազմակերպություն, որը պատրաստ կլինի տեսախցիկներ տրամադրել, իշխանությունները կհայտարարեն, որ համաձայն են ընտրատեղամասերում տեսանկարահանում ապահովելու ընդդիմության առաջարկի հետ:

«Եթե մենք գտնենք նման դոնոր կազմակերպություն, խնդրելու ենք, որպեսզի նրանք գումար տրամադրեն այդ տեսախցիկների տրամադրման համար: Մենք նշելու ենք, որ դա պետք է անի ոչ թե պետությունը, այլ կհայտարարվի մրցույթ դոնորի առաջարկած պայմաններով, հաղթող կազմակերպությունը կտեղադրի տեսախցիկները, կիրականացնի տեսանկարահանումը»,- հստակեցրեց Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:
