Էն ժամանակները պատերազմները ` պատերազմ էր, այսինքն մարդիկ հավաքվում էին ռազմաճակատում ու կռվում էին, չկային մարդիկ, ովքեր ռազմաճակատում թափած արյունը թանաքով ջնջում էին, էն ժամանակ չկար տեղեկատվական պատերազմ, հիմա պատերազմը երկու ճակատով ա լինում, զինվորները սահմանին, ու զինվորները համացանցում, մարդիկ կան, որ խնդում ու անլուրջ են համարում` համացանցային պատերազմը, բայց ինձ թվում ա, որ ժամանակը եկել ա, որ բոլորս գիտակցենք, որ 21րդ դարի պատերազմների հանգուցալուծման եզրերից մեկը դարձել ա համացանցը, թշնամին կարող է համացանցով հաղթել և պարտվել, համացանցի օգնությամբ թշնամին կարող է այնպիսի կեղծ ինֆորմացիաներ տարածել, որ երկրում 15 րոպեի ընթացքում սկսվի խուճապ: Հարկավոր է, որ բոլորս պատրաստ լինենք ցանկացած իրավիճակում ճիշտ տիրապետել համացանցին, մասնավորապես սոցիալական կայքերին, խմբերի ադմինիստրատորները պարտավոր են իրենց խմբի անվտանգությանը հետևել, լրատվական կայքերի սպասարկողները պարտավոր են բարեխիղճ աշխատանք կատարել (այսինքն մի 2 կոպեկի համար ապատեղեկատվություն չտարածեն), բոլորս պետք է սովորենք ու ենթարկվենք անվտանգության կանոններին`
