Աֆղանստանում խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում զոհերի թիվը շարունակում է բարձր մնալ. 2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ավելի քան 600 երեխաներ են զոհվել եւ վիրավորվել: Այս մասին ասված է Աֆղանստանի աջակցության ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության (UNAMA/МООНСА) զեկույցում:

Ըստ ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի, МООНСА-ի տվյալներով, հունվարից մինչեւ մարտ 600 զոհ է գրանցվել, որոնցից 161-ը՝ երեխաներ, եւ 1343 վիրավոր, որոնցից 449-ը՝ երեխաներ: Անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, զոհերի թիվն աճել է 13%-ով, վիրավորներինը՝ 11%-ով: Զոհված եւ վիրավորված երեխաների թիվն աճել է 29%-ով:

«2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհերի մեկ երրորդը երեխաներ են եղել»,- նշել է МООНСА-ի մարդու իրավունքների գծով ղեկավար Դանիել Բելլը: Նա նաեւ հավելել է, որ դպրոցների, հիվանդանոցների եւ բնակելի տների մերձակայքում ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակելու դեպքում երեխաների շրջանում զոհերի թիվը կաճի:

Աֆղանստանում վերջին ամիսներին իրադրությունը զգալիորեն վատթարացել է: «Թալիբան» շարժումը, որը երկրի գյուղական շրջաններում զգալի տարածքներ էր գրավել, սկսել է հարձակվել խոշոր քաղաքների վրա: Երկրի տարածքում աճել է նաեւ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման ազդեցությունը:

Աֆղանստանի աջակցության ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելությունը հիմնվել է 2002 թվականի մարտի 28-ին: 2015-ի հունվարի 1-ից Աֆղանստանում գործում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի նոր՝ «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելությունը: ՆԱՏՕ-ի եւ Աֆղանստանի միջեւ կնքված երկկողմ համաձայնագրով, երկրում շուրջ 12 հազար զինծառայող կա, որոնք աֆղանական ուժային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին ուսուցանում եւ խորհրդատվություն են տրամադրում: Առաքելությունը մարտական չէ:
