2014թ,-ի մարտի կեսերին Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ԶԼՄ-ները՝ հավատրիմ մնալով իրենց ցանկալին իրականություն ներկայացնելու մեթոդին, ի լուր աշխարհի հայտարարեցին, որ Թուրքիայի և Նախիջևանի միջև սահմանային նոր, գերժամանակակից անցակետ է կառուցվելու, և որ այն կհանձնվի շահագործման 2014թ.-ի վերջերին: Սակայն , ինչպես ցույց տվեց ժամանակը, ոչ մի անցակետ էլ չկառուցվեց, պարզապես փոքր ինչ ընդարձակվեց Դիլուջու անցակետը: Պետք է նշեմ, որ այս անցակետը 2015թ.-ի հուլիսի 17-ին PKK-ի զինյալները 5 ժամով վերցրել էին իրենց վերահսկողության տակ, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, հենց անցակետի վրա հարձակվելու ժամանակ սպանեցին 14 թուրք սահմանապահների, որից հետո Թուրքիան ստիպված եղավ մեկ շաբաթով փակել այդ անցակետը: Այս անցակետը կենսական նշանակություն ունի Նախիջևանի համար, քանի որ հիմանական ապրաքնաշրջանառությունը և կապը Ադրբեջանի հետ կատարվում է այս անցակետով, չնայած գործում է նաև Իրանի հետ սահմանային Ջուղայի անցակետը: Անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերին, երբ Իգդիրում ակտիվացան PKK-ի զինյալները , այս անցակետով Նախիջևանից դուրս բերվեց և Իգդիր ուղևորվեց թուրքական ռազմական ստորաբաժանումները, որոնք PKK-ի զինյալների կողմից ջախջախվեցին և ոչնչացվեցին Իգդիր - Աղըր ճանապարհահատվածում: Քրդերի ակտիվացումն այս տարածաշրջանում այժմ նոր երանգավորում է ստանում և չի բացառվում, որ կկրկնվի անցած տարվա միջադեպերը, որը լուրջ մարտահրավեր է թե՛ Ադրբեջանի և թե՛ Թուրքիայի համար: Ադրբեջանը հիմա ավելի քան անհանգստացած է Նախիջևանի ոչ թե Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի համար, այլ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի համար և խնդիր ունի սահմանի երկայնքով հսկողություն իրականացնելու ... Մի հարց շատ է տանջում Ադրբեջանին՝ բա որ քրդերն անցնե՞ն Նախիջևան: Դա կլինի աղետ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի համար ...
