Ադրբեջանը վերջին օրերին ռազմական լայնածավալ ագրեսիա էր սկսել Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ՝ խախտելով բոլոր միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքները և թույլ տալով ռազմական հանցագործություններ:

ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստում այս մասին ասաց ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը: «Թույլ տվեք զորակցությու նս հայտնել մեր բոլոր զոհերի հարազատներին: Ես միանում եմ երեկ Բրյուսելում, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում արյունոտ էսկալացիայի սկսվելու պահից եվրոպական այլ մայրաքաղաքներում այն հազարավոր մարդկանց, ովքեր հանդես էին գալիս խաղաղության կոչերով»,- ասաց Ֆարմանյանը:

Սամվել Ֆարմանյանն իր ելութում հիշեցրել է, որ հունվարին ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի և Միլիցա Մարկովիչի հակահայկական զեկույցների քննարկման ժամանակ հայ պատվիրակները բազմիցս խոսել են այն մասին, որ նման միակողմանի  զեկույցների քննարկումն ու ընդունումը որևէ կերպ չեն կարող նպաստել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը և խոսում են այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի բռնատիրական ղեկավարությունը պատրաստվում է լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսել: «Իսկ լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունները սկսումը նշանակում է խափանել հակամար տության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը, սպառնալիք է Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում հաստատված փխրուն խաղաղությանը: Երբ մենք մեր մտահոգությունն էինք հայտնում, նկատի ունեինք այն հնարավոր զարգացումները, որ տեղի ունեցան վերջերս, ինչի հետևանքով հակամարտության երկու կողմերը հարյուրավոր անմեղ կյանքեր կորցրեցին»,- հավելել է Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը:

Պատգամավորը հիշեցրել է, որ հակամարտության հենց սկզբից Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը բազմաթիվ ուղերձներ են եղել, որ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք չկա, որ պատերազմը հարցի լուծում չէ: «Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները, բազմաթիվ այլ երկրների ղեկավարներ և արտգործնախարարներ, ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի, ԵԽ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարներ, ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ և բազմաթիվ այլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ համատեղել են իրենց ջանքերն ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևին ռազմական ագրեսիան դադարեցնելու ուղերձ են հղել»,- ա սաց նա: 

Սամվել Ֆարմանյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողություններին աջակցելու ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտի քայլին: Նա ընդգծել է, որ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լարվածության օրերին Պեդրո Ագրամունտի հայտարարությունները խոսում են այն մասին, որ նա անկողմնակալ չէ ու հաստատում են լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկություններն այն մասին, որ նա ընդգրկված է Ադրբեջանի լոբբիստական կառույցներում: «Սա միլիոնավոր եվրոպացիների և այս ժողովրդավարության տան բոլոր անդամների աչքերում  լուրջ վնաս է մեր վեհաժողովի իմիջին»,- եզրափակեց Ֆարմանյ անը:
