Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Գարիկ Քեռյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ցանկացած էթնոքաղաքական հակամրտության միջազգայնացումը, այսինքն նրա լուծման նպատակով միջպետական խմբերի ստեղծումը միշտ էլ ունեցել է իր վտանգները, սպառնալիքներն ու մարտահրավերները հակամարտող կողմերի համար: Որպես կանոն այդպիսի խմբերում ընդգրկված պետությունները, ձգտում են հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացում առավելագույն օգուտներ քաղել և առաջին հերթին իրենց շահերը պաշտպանել: Թերևս ցավալին այն է, որ այս իրողությունից պատմության ընթացքում ամենից շատ տուժել են հայերը, բայց այդպես էլ պատմությունից դասեր չեն քաղել: Հայկական հարցի միջազգայնացումը Բեռլինի կոնգրեսից սկսած իր վայրիվերումներով ավարտվեց եղեռնով, ու երեսուն հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետր քարքարուտներով: 
Միշտ թաքուն տագնապ ու անհանգստություն եմ ունեցել նաև ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության միջազգայնացումից: Միջնորդ և հաշտարար կարող է լինել 100 տոկոսանոց չեզոք կողմը: Միամտություն է կարծել, թե Մինսկի խմբի պետությունները թողնելով իրենց շահերը, հակամարտության լուծման մասին են մտածում: Քառորդ դար բղավում էինք, մեզ կոտորում, որպեսզի մեկ գաղափար հասցնենք Արևմուտքին, որ մենք տարածք չենք ուզում, այլ մարդու իրավունքների իրականացում Արցախում, ոչ մի թոխընբռնում չտեսանք: Հիմա էլ Ռուսաստանը փորձում է Ադրբեջանին տանել իր ազդեցության գոտի, իր պետական շահն է թելադրում, իրենց դա է պետք, պետք է ինչ որ բանով վճարեն չէ: Պարզ չէ ամեն ինչ: 
Այնպես որ հարգելի հայ խելամիտ եվրոպամետներ և ռուսամետներ, իրար դեմ ցեխ շպրտելու փոխարեն միասնական ճակատով փորձեք իրավիճակից նվազագույն կորուստներով դուրս գալու ելքեր գտնել: Ռուսաստանն է տարածաշրջանում դրության տերը, այս իրողությունից պետք կայացնել բոլոր որոշումները:Թե չե ռուսների բարոյական դեմքը պարզելով, հարց չես լուծի, կամ էլ հերթական բարոյական հաղթանակը կտանես:
