Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ապրիլի 22-ին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ասկերանի և Մարտակերտի շրջաններ և տեղերում անցկացրել ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնման և գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներին նվիրված խորհրդակցություններ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարն Ասկերանի և Մարտակերտի շրջանային վարչակազմերում գյուղոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ քննարկել է գարնանացան մշակաբույսերի ցանքսի և հացահատիկային դաշտերում հակահրդեհային համապատասխան աշխատանքների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցեր: Ա. Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացման համար առկա են անհրաժեշտ պայմանները, և պետական աջ ակցության ծրագրերի շրջանակներում կառավարության կողմից շարունակվելու է արտոնությունների տրամադրումը հողամշակներին:

«Պետք է կրկին ակտիվացնել գյուղատնտեսական, մասնավորապես՝ գարնանացանի աշխատանքները: Օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով պայմանավորված՝ անցած մի քանի օրերին գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում պասիվություն է արձանագրվել, որն այսօր պետք է փոխարինենք աշխատանքային ինտենսիվ գրաֆիկով, որպեսզի կարողանանք կատարել տարեսկզբին պլանավորած ծրագիրը»,- ասել է վարչապետը և հավելել, որ հանրապետության տնտեսության զարգացման համար այլևս էապես խանգարող հանգամանքներ չկան:

Մարտակերտ շրջկենտրոնում Ա. Հարությունյանը այցելել է նաև տեղի մեքենատրակտորային կայան, հանդիպել անձնակազմի հետ և տվել համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ:

Կառավարության ղեկավարն այնուհետև այցելել է շրջանի Մատաղիս համայնք, ծանոթացել բնակավայրում գործող «Մատաղիս 1» հիդրոէլեկտրակայանում իրականացվող վերականգնողական-շինարարական աշխատանքներին: Նա ուրախություն է հայտնել, որ ռազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում վնասվելուց կարճ ժամանակ անց ՀԷԿ-ի աշխատանքը վերականգնվել է:

Ա. Հարությունյանը հանդիպել է նաև Մատաղիսի բնակիչներին և վստահեցրել, որ կառավարության կողմից սեղմ ժամանակահատվածում վերականգնվելու են նրանց կրած նյութական բոլոր վնասները: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ, ի հեճուկս թշնամու, Մատաղիսում շարունակվելու են ներդրումներ կատարվել, և կոչ է արել բնակիչներին վերադառնալ բնականոն աշխույժ կյանքի:
