Մեծ Բրիտանիայում բուժհաստատությունների երիտասարդ աշխատակիցների գործադուլի պատճառով չեղարկվել Է ավելի քան 125 հազար վիրահատություն եւ բժիշկների ընդունելություն. յուրաքանչյուր երրորդ հիվանդանոցն արդեն կրիտիկական վիճակում Է   գործադուլների նախաշեմին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Telegraph թերթին:

Ապրիլի 26-ին եւ 27-ին պլանավորված 48-ժամյա գործադուլի ընթացքում երիտասարդ բժիշկները (այս կատեգորիային են պատկանում նրանք, որոնց աշխատանքային շտաժը չի գերազանցում 10 տարին), որոնք Մեծ Բրիտանիայի բժշկական ասոցիացիայի անդամներ են, պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ հիվանդներին ընդհանրապես ոչ մի օգնություն չեն ցուցաբերելու, նույնիսկ արտակարգ դեպքերում: Հիվանդանոցներում երիտասարդ բժիշկներին կփոխարինեն ավագները: Բողոքի նախորդ ակցիաների ժամանակ վերակենդանացման, ծննդաբերական բաժանմունքների եւ շտապօգնության ընդունարանների հերթապահները չեն մասնակցել:

Բուժհաստատությունների մոտավորապես 38 տոկոսը հարկադրված Է շտապ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել «հիվանդների հոսքի» կապակցությամբ, նշում Է Telegraph-ը: Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առողջապահության նախարար Ջերեմի Հանթը գործադուլի մասնակիցներին Է դիմել հայտարարությամբ՝ նշելով, որ նրանց բողոքի ակցիաները «անընդունելի» վտանգի կստեղծեն հիվանդների կյանքի համար եւ մարդկանց անհանգստությունը կհարուցեն ամբողջ երկրի:

Ավելի վաղ բժիշկները բաց նամակով դիմել Էին առողջապահության նախարար Ջերեմի Հանթին, որում հորդորել Էին նրան՝ չեղարկել իրենց չբավարարող նոր պարտավորագրերի մասին որոշումը՝ իրենց հերթին խոստանալով հրաժարվել երկրի պատմության մեջ առաջին ընդհանուր գործադուլն անցկացնելու պլանից: Սակայն, դատելով ըստ ամենայնի, գործադուլը, այնուամենայնիվ, կկայանա, որովհետեւ կառավարությունը մտադիր չԷ հրաժարվել իր պլաններից:

Ընդամենն Անգլիայում կա մոտավորապես 55 հազար երիտասարդ բժիշկ, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի բժշկական ասոցիացիայի՝ գործադուլի կազմակերպչի անդամներ են 37 հազար բժիշկներ: Բողոքի նախորդ ակցիաների հետեւանքով չեղարկվել են հազարավոր վիրահատություններ եւ հետաձգվել հազարավոր բուժզննումներ ու անալիզներ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
