ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետություններն ստորագրել են Էներգետիկայի ոլորտում միասնական մոտեցումներ սահմանող առաջին միջազգային պայմանագիրը

 Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետությունների լիազոր նախարարությունների ղեկավարները համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել Միության շրջանակներում գազի, նավթի եւ նավթամթերքի ինդիկատիվ (կանխատեսումային) հաշվեկշիռների ձեւավորման մեթոդաբանության մասին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հղում անելով Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությանը, ԵԱՏՀ-ի Էներգետիկայի եւ ենթակառուցվածքի նախարար Դանիլ Իբրաեւն ասել Է, որ դա եվրասիական տարածքում առաջին փաստաթուղթն Է, որը միասնական եւ համաձայնեցված մեթոդոլոգիական մոտեցումներ Է սահմանում Էներգետիկական ռեսուրսների միութենական հաշվեկշիռների մշակման նկատմամբ:

«Կարեւոր Է նշել, որ եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն միավորման շրջանակներում հաշվեկշիռները մասնակից երկրների կողմից փոխհամաձայնեցված Էներգետիկական քաղաքականություն վարելու բաղադրիչն են, այդ թվում՝ երրորդ երկրների հետ հարաբերություններում: Դրանք արտացոլում են փոխադարձ եւ գազի, նավթի ու նավթամթերքի արտաքին առեւտրում Միության գծով գործընկերների բացահայտության առավել բարձր աստիճանը»,-ընդգծել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի ղեկավարը:

Էներգառեսուրսների ցանկը, ըոտ որոնց հաշվեկշիռներ են մշակվելու, ներառում Է գազը, նավթը, ավտոմոբիլային բենզինը, դիզվառելիքը, վառելիքային մազութը եւ ռեակտիվ շարժիչների համար նախատեսված վառելիքը: ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրները հաշվեկշիռների շրջանակներում ապրանքների այդ խմբերի գծով համաձայնեցնելու են փոխադարձ առեւտրի հեռանկարային ծավալները:

Գազի, նավթի ու նավթամթերքի փոխադրման համակարգերի անխափան աշխատանքն ապահովելու, ինչպես նաեւ սպառողին Էներգետիկական ռեսուրսները հասցնելու երաշխավորված հնարավորության համար ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետությունների տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածք մուտքը տրամադրվում Է Էներգառեսուրսների միութենական հաշվեկշիռների հաշվառմամբ:

Վերջին հաշվով հաշվեկշիռների կազմումը նպաստելու Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի  պետությունների սպառողների Էներգամատակարարման հուսալիության բարձրացմանը, Միության պետությունների միջեւ Էներգառեսուրսների մատակարարումների օպտիմալացման վերաբերյալ առավել կշռադատված որոշումների ընդունմանը, ներքին շուկաներում պահանջարկի ու առաջարկի հավասարակշռության ապահովմանը: Բացի այդ, այն թույլ կտա ավելի օբյեկտիվորեն գնահատել ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների տնտեսական զարգացումը:

«Հաշվեկշիռների շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք գնահատել ընդհանուր Էներգետիկական շուկաների ներուժը եւ դրանց զարգացման հեռանկարները»,-ընդգծել Է նախարար Իբրաեւը:

Համաձայնագիրն ուժի մեջ կմտնի այն ամսաթվից 30 օրացուցային օրվա ընթացքում, երբ ԵԱՏՀ-ն վերջին գրավոր ծանուցումը կստանա Միության պետությունների կողմից համապատասխան ներպետական ընթացակարգերի կատարման վերաբերյալ:

Ստորագրված պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ Էներգետիկական ռեսուրսների առաջին միութենական հաշվեկշիռները պատրաստ կլինեն ընթացիկ տարվա հոկտեմբերին:
