 Ռուսաստանը հնարավոր Է համարում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի զինվորականների միջեւ շփումների շարունակումը, բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպման շուրջ բանակցություններ չկան: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին, հայտարարել Է ԵԱԿՀ-ին առընթեր ՌԴ մշտական ն երկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշեւիչը:

«Առայժմ ես չեմ լսել նման հանդիպման նախապատրաստման մասին, հաշվի առնելով, որ լարվածության սրացում Է տեղի ունեցել հակամարտության գոտում: Դա լրջորեն հետ Է շպրտել կողմերի միջեւ ուղղակի երկխոսության գործընթացը,-ասել Է նա:-Այդուհանդերձ, Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ հաջողվեց դադարեցնել դիմակայությունը: Ավելի շուտ խոսքը վերաբերելու Է զինվորականների միջեւ շփումների շարունակմանը»:

Լուկաշեւիչը հայտարարել Է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կարող են զեկույցով հանդես գալ ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտու իրադրության վերաբերյալ: «Համանախագահներն ապրիլի 20-ին եղել են գործող նախագահի մոտ, զեկուցել իրադրության մասին, ապրիլի 6-9-ին նրանք եղել են տարածաշրջանում: Սպասվում Է, որ նրանք կարող են հետագա գործողությունների մասին զեկույց ներկայացնել Վիեննայում»,- հավելել Է ԵԱԿՀ-ին առընթեր ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը:
