 Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում Բուրգ լե Վալանսի քաղաքապետ Մարլեն Մուրիեին, ով Ադրբեջանի կողմից բացահայտ սպառնալիքների է ենթարկվել։ Շրջանակի համար շարունակում է անհասկանալի մնալ այն, թե ինչու են Բաքվի կողմից բացահայտ կերպով իրականացվող սպառնալիքներն անարձագանք մնում ազգային իշխանությունների կողմից։    
«Չպետք է գայթակղվել։ Օրինականության քողի տակ Բաքուն նպատակ է հետապնդում Ադրբեջանում արդեն իսկ հաստատված ահաբեկչական ռեժիմի պես մեր երկրում ևս հաստատել սպառնալիքի ռեժիմ և սպառնալիքների ենթարկել այն անձանց, որոնց հանդեպ դժգոհություն ունի»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասել է Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանը։
Բարեկամության շրջանակը հիշեցնում է, որ ապրիլի 22-ին Ֆրանսիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանության պահանջով շրջանակի անդամ, Բուրգ լե Վալանսի քաղաքապետ Մար լեն Մուրիեին նախազգուշական փաստաթուղթ է ներկայացվել, որով արգելվում է Ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորներին այցելել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ և պահանջվում չեղյալ համարել Բուրգ լե Վալանս և Շուշի քաղաքների միջև հաստատված համագործակցության խարտիան:
«Այս դեպքը առաջինը և միակը չէ, սակայն այն ավելի լուրջ է, քան նախորդները։ Մի քանի օր առաջ Գերմանիայում կատակերգակի նկատմամբ իրականացվել են հետապնդումներ, այն պատճառով, որ ծաղրել էր թուրք նախագահին։ Հիմա էլ ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորն է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ենթարկվել սպառնալիքի, այն քաղաքականության համար, որը պաշտպ անում է։ Մինչև երբ պետք է հանդուրժենք, որ հանցագործ բռնակալները ոտքերը սրբեն մեր եվրոպական ժողովրդավարության վրա»,-հայտարարել է Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանը։
Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակը նշում է, որ նախատեսում է կապ հաստատել այս հարցի շուրջ շահագրգիռ նախարարների հետ, որպեսզի պատշաճ պատասխան ստանա մի ռեժիմի կողմից կոպիտ միջամտության համար, որն ամբողջ աշխարհում միաձայն ճանաչվել է որպես ամենաճնշողներից մեկը։
