Սերժ Սարգսյանը տարածաշրջանային այցով Հայաստան ժամանած Հարավային Կովկասի ու Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Հերբերտ Զալբերի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ կարեւոր հայտարարություն է արել ԼՂ խնդրի մասին: Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ «Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերահաստատել է մեր երկրի դիրքորոշումը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանը ԼՂ հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորումը տեսնում է բացառապես խաղաղ միջոցներով, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողների ձեւաչափում ընթացող բանակցությունների շրջանակում: Մինսկի խումբն առաջարկել է սկզբունքներ, որոնք, Սերժ Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ, կարող են հակամարտության լուծման առանցք դառնալ»:
Այսքանից հետո կարելի է ասել` ապրի մեր նախագահը, որ օրնիբուն մտահոգվում է մեր երկրի ու Արցախի ճակատագրով: Հալալ թող լինի նրան ամառային սպասվելիք արձակուրդը աշխարհի ամենաթանկ կուրորտներում ու ցողունացման կլինիկաներում:
Սակայն կարծես թե ոչ մեկ էլ չի պնդել հակառակը կամ չի ասել, թե Հայաստանը այլ մոտեցում ունի ԼՂՀ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում, հետևաբար էլ ինչ կարիք կա սովորական, կարելի է ասել արարողակարգային “հերթապահ հայտարարությանը”, նման հերոսություն հաղորդել: Դա նույնն է, որ բացառիկ երևույթ համարվի այն, որ քեզանից կախման մեջ գտնվող մարդը երբ քեզ տեսնի բարևի ու հարցնի որպիսությունդ: Կամ ակնկալել որ Աժ Հանրապետական պատգամավորը ինքնուրույն քվեարկություն կատարի ու շեղվի իրեն համար վերապահված “դակիչի” կամ կոճակ սեղմողի դերից: Բնականաբար պետք է բարևի էլ, որպիսություն հարցնի էլ, եթե այդ կախման մեխանիզմը գործում է: Կամ բնականաբար պետք է հանդես գա իրեն վերապահված “դակիչի” կամ կոճակ սեղմողի դերում, ինչպես որ իրեն ասված է: Նույնն է նաև Հայաստանի պարագայում: Մի երկիր, որի իշխանություններն այս պահին լիովին զրոյական վիճակում են հայտնվել, որոնք ամենաանխնա կերպով մսխել ու խժռել է սեփական արտաքին հեղինակությունն ու ներքին վստահելիությունը ու հայտնվել են պատմության դասագրքերից միայն հայտնի ժողովրդից կտրված զենքի ուժով ու այլ միջոցներով իշխող վերնախավի, որոնք սեփական ժողովրդի կողմից իսկ դիտվում են որպես բռնապետներ, բնական է, որ այլ կերպ չէր էլ կարող վարվել, բացի սեփական աթոռը պահելու և ով իմանա գուցեե ռեպրոդուկցիան ապահովելու համար սկզբունքներ վերահաստատելուց, որոնք նույնիսկ ընթացիկ վերահաստատման տեքստի ձևակերպումից ենթադրելով այնքան էլ չեն խոսում Հայաստանի շահերից, քանի որ ինչպես մեր երկրի նախագահն է բարեհաճել ասել, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողների ձեւաչափում ընթացող բանակցությունների շրջանակում Մինսկի խմբից առաջարկվող սկզբունքները այնքան էլ միանշանակ չեն իրականում, որքան էլ Սերժ Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ, կարողանան հակամարտության լուծման առանցք դառնալ, քանի որ ասենք նույն համանախագահ Ուորլիքն ասում ե բաներ, որոնք դժվար թե կարելի լինի համարել լուծում, կամ նույն Մինսկի համանախագահող Ռուսաստանի` ԱՍդրբեջանի հետ զենքի առևտուրը ևս չի կարելի միանշանակ կերպով ընդունել հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված քայլ: Սակայն այս ամենից հետո միայն մի բան է մնում ենթադրել. եթե ՀՀ առաջին դեմքը վերադարձել է այդ հերթապահ արարողակարգային արտահայտությանը, ապա գուցե իրոք իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, հետընթացն այնքան է, որ օրակարգային է խնդրի կարգավորման խաղաղ կամ ռազմական ճանապարհների ընտրության հարցը, որ պարոն Սարգսյանն իր մոտեցումն է արտահայտել հօգուտ խաղաղ կարգավորման:
