Իրաքի պատգամավորները շարունակում են բոյկոտն ու հույս ունեն, որ դատարանը կհաստատի խորհրդարանի խոսնակի ու պրեզիդիումի հրաժարականը, այս մասին Sputnik գործակալությանը հայտնել է անկախ պատգամավոր Իսկանդեր Վիտվիտը:

 Իրաքյան խորհրդարանում պառակտումը սկսվել է կառավարության նոր կազմը որոշելու ընթացքում ծագած տարաձայնությունների պատճառով: Բոյկոտի նախաձեռնողը «ալ Ահրար» շիա բլոկի անդամներն էին, որոնց գաղափարակիրը կրոնական առաջնորդ Մուկտադա աս Սադրն է: Խռովարարները հայտարարել են, որ պատգամավորների կեսից շատն իրենց կողմից են:
