Արթուր Ղազինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

ՌԴ Նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակն արձագանքել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ԼՂ ճանաչելու օրինագծին հավանություն տալու փաստին, ասելով որ  1. այդ հարցը չի քննարկվել ՌԴ իշխանությունների հետ և 2. կողմերը ձեռնպահ մնան իրավիճակը բարդացնող գոծողություններից: Նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նույնպես հաստատել էր Ռուսաստանի անհամաձայնությունը Հայաստանի ԼՂ հարցում որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը և կոչ էր արել խուճապի չմատնվել` հուսալով, որ ՀՀ Կառավարությունի կմերժի օրինագիծը և խոստովանել, որ այդպիսի հավաստիացումներ է ստացել ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարից:

Ինչ է ստացվում? Ռուսաստանի նախագահը Ադրբեջանին հավաստիացնում է որ իրենք չեն ողջունում Հայաստանի այս քայլը, նաև Հայաստանին կոչ անում չգնալ ԼՂ ճանաչման` պնդելով, որ այդ քայլը կապակայունացնի իրադրությունը հակամարտության գոտում, Ռուսաստանին կզրկի տարածաշրջանում իր վերջին ազդեցության լծակից, կտապալի հոգեվարգի մեջ գտնվող ԵԱՏՄ նոր արյունով թարմացնելու իր ծրագիրը: Ինչու այսպիսի անհանգստություն չեն հայտնում Արևմտյալ տերությունները, Մինսկի խմբի մյուս համանախագահները???

Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից ԼՂ ճանաչումը ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի համար նոր ու լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն կդառնա Ռուսաստանի Հարավային կովկասում ունեցած ազդեցությունը չեզոքացնելու, իսկ հաջորդող ճանաչումների միջոցով Ադրբեջանին իր գործողություններում առավել հաշվետու, պատասխանատու զուսպ դարձնելու համար` վերջինիս դուրս բերելով Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության տակից:

Կարելի է փաստել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, Կառավարության կողմից ԼՂ ճանաչման մասին օրինագծին հավանություն տալով, ամբողջությամբ փոխեց տարածաշրջանում աշխարհաքաղաքական ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը և բնավ ոչ հօգուտ Ռուսաստանի:

Սա այն գինն էր, որ Ռուսաստանը վճարեց Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի դեմ հերթական դավաճանության փորձի համար:
