Շանհայի անկյուններից մեկում է գտնվում ավերակների ու աղբի՝ աշխարհում ամենաթանկարժեք տարածքը, գրում է The Daily Mail-ը:

Գուանֆուլի (Guangfuli) թաղամասն անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում ներդրողի երազանքն է: Այն գտնվում է աշխարհի ամենաթանկ և արագ աճող անշարժ գույքի շուկայի մեջտեղում: Բայց իրականությունն ավելի շատ կառուցապատողի վատ երազ է հիշեցնում:

Այնտեղ ապրող հարյուրավոր մարդիկ արդեն 16 տարի հրաժարվում են լքել իրենց հին ու խարխուլ տները՝ չնայած տեղի իշխանությունների փորձերին՝ ազատել տարածքը կառուցապատման համար:

Բնակիչները պնդում են, որ նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են այդտեղ շինարարություն իրականացնել, իրենց չեն պատրաստվում նորմալ վճարել։

Բնակիչներից մեկը՝ Լուո Բաոչենը, Channel News Asia-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ տարածքում կառուցապատում իրականացնել պատրաստվող ընկերությունը չի ցանկանում իրեն վճարել, իր համոզմամբ, իր տան իրական արժեքը՝ 850.000 դոլար։
