Վերջին շրջանում գիշերային ակումբները հաճախ են հայտնվում մամուլի ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ աղմկահարույց պատմությունների և «թեժ» երեկոների պատճառով: Պատմությունները հաջորդում են միմյանց, իսկ հարցի լուծումը այդպես էլ չի ուրվագծվում:
Եվ ահա հերթական աղմկահարույց պատմությունը: Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին`լույս 28-ի գիշերը, մայրաքաղաքում սպանության դեպք է գրանցվել: ORER.am-ի տեղեկություններով` Տերյան 19 հասցեում գործող «Պաուլաներ» գարեջրատան աշխատակիցների և բնակելի շենքի բնակիչների մեկի միջև վեճ է ծագել, ինչն էլ ողբերգական ավարտ է ունեցել: Գարեջրատան աշխատակիցներից մեկը մահացել է, մի քանի աշխատակիցներ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց:
Կասկածյալը, ով գարեջրատան հարակից տարածքի բնակիչ է, դիմել է փախուստի, վիրավորներից մեկի վիճակն էլ ծայրահեղ ծանր է:
Սա, ցավոք, ոչ առաջին, ոչ էլ վերջին դեպքն է, որ տեղի է ունենում գիշերային ակումբներում: Նմանատիպ հաստատությունների թիվը Երևանում աճեց հատկապես կազինոների փակմանը զուգընթաց: Մինչդեռ ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ գիշերային ակումբները վերածվել են թմրամոլների, թրաֆիկինգի և ծեծկռտուքների որջի:
Բազմաթիվ նման հաստատություններ տեղակայված են Երևանի բնակելի շենքերի առաջին հարկերում և բնակիչների կողմից հաճախ են հնչում դժգոհություններ, որ մերձակա տարածքում ամեն առավոտ հանդիպում են դեն նետված ներարկիչներ և պահպանակներ: Այս ամենին գումարենք բնակիչների հանգիստը խանգարելու չընդհատվող պրակտիկան և հաճախակի ծեծկռտուքների պատճառով շենքերում աղմուկ-աղաղակի անընդհատ առկայությունը՝ պարզ է դառնում, թե ինչպես են հանուն իրենց եկամուտի մարդկանց կյանքը վերածում մղձավանջի:
Եթե սրան հավելենք, որ ծեծկռտուքների և բնակիչների հետ վիճաբանությունների արդյունքում երբեմն նաև զոհեր են արձանագրվում, գիշերային հաստատությունների կանոնակարգումը հրատապ անհրաժեշտություն է դառնում:
Ժամանակն է, որ գիշերային ակումբները ևս հետևեն կազինոների օրինակին և տեղափոխվեն բնակավայրերից հեռու: Հայտնի է, որ իրականացվող անվտանգության ծառայություններից բարդագույնը զվարճանքի գիշերային հաստատությունների պահպանությունն է: Անհրաժեշտ է կտրուկ օրենսդրական միջամտություն, հակառակ պարագայում արդեն շատ շուտով Երևանում ականատես կլինենք մի իրավիճակի, որը արդեն բնութագրական է աշխարհի շատ քաղաքների համար, երբ թրաֆիկինգն ու թմրանյութերի առևտուրը ծաղկում են պետության հենց քթի տակ:
