Իշխանության ղեկը փաստացի պահելու «Պուտին-Մեդվեդև» ռուսաստանյան բանաձևի թուրքական տարբերակը՝ «Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու» մոդելը, չաշխատեց. թուրքական բանաձևում գումարելիների տեղափոխությունից գումարը փոխվեց…

Ի տարբերություն ռուսականի՝ թուրքական բանաձևի տապալման հարցում տասնյակ պատճառներ կարելի է թվել՝ անձնական գործոն, կլանային, ժամանակային, ներքաղաքական, արտաքին քաղաքական, տնտեսական և այլն. ոլորտի նեղ մասնագետներն առավել հանգամանալից և փաստարկված կերպով կներկայացնեն իրավիճակի վերլուծությունը: Մինչդեռ մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ Թուրքիան հայտնվել է անկյունաքարային փոփոխությունների ջրբաժանում. այս գործընթացը փորձ է՝ փոխելու (այլ ոչ կանխելու, ինչն, ըստ էության հնարավոր չէ) Թուրքիայի՝ դեպի վտանգավոր անորոշություն տանող ընթացքը: Հետևանքը կամ արդյունքը վճռորոշ կլինի՝ կամ Թուրքիան անորոշության ընթացքով ավելի արագ անկմամբ կհասնի անդունդին, կամ կխմբագրվեն նախկին մոտեցումները, կորդեգրեն նորերը, ինչի արդյունավետության դատավորի բացառիկ դերը ևս վերապահված է ժամանակին: Ակնկալվող զարգացումներում ևս ուղենիշային նշանակություն կունենան նույն այն գործոնները, որոնք վճռորոշ եղան «Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու» բանաձևի տապալման հարցում:

Թուրքիայի օրինակով՝ վերոնշյալի համատեքստում, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանի հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակում գտնվող մի շարք պետությունների հետ կապված մասնավորապես, և առհասարակ մեր տարածաշրջանում ընդհանրապես չափազանց կարևոր է ինչպես առկա ներքաղաքական յուրահատուկ բանաձևումների (Թուրքիա, Վրաստան, Իրան, Ռուսաստան, որքան էլ պրիմիտիվ է, նաև՝ Ադրբեջան) բովանդակության գնահատումն ու մաթեմատիկական ճշգրտությամբ վերլուծությունն, այլև՝ պատրաստի ուղեգիծ ունենալը, «շախմատային տրամաբանությամբ» դիրքավորումն ու անհրաժեշտության պարագայում արձագանքելը. սա քաղաքականություն կոչված «արվեստի» անքակտելի բաղադրիչներից է, և կիրառական հնարավորություն ունի, օրինակ, նույն Թուրքիայի պարագայում:

Հ.Գ. Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության պատասխանատուների կողմից անգամ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով բազմիցս է նշվել տարածաշրջանում շրջադարձային զարգացումների հնարավորության մասին. կարծում եմ՝ ունենք նաև մեր հետաքրքրությունների մասով արձագանքելուն միտված համապատասխան սցենարներ:
