Եվ այսպես, այսօր օգոստոսի մեկն է, ամռան վերջին ամսվա առաջին օրը: Այսօրվանից մեր էլեկտրականության հաշվիչները կպտտվեն ավելի թանկ, այսօրվանից էլեկտրաէներգիան Հայաստանում թանկանում է, որից առավել շատ, ինչպես նկատել է Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանն իր դարակազմիկ բացահայտնման մեջ, կտուժեն ՀՀ էլեկտրաէներգիա սպառող բնակիչները: Այստեղ կարելի է ասել. փա'ռքդ շատ, Տեր Աստված, լավ է ասենք աթար (գոմաղբ) վառող ՀՀ բնակիչները չեն տուժի:
Իսկ եթե լուրջ, ապա հերթական թանկացումը այն էլ էկեկտրաէներգիայի, կբերի արդեն մնացած ապրանքների ու առհասարակ կյանքի թանկացմանը ու կհանգեցնի առանց այն էլ զորյականից դեպի “մինուս անվերջություն” ձգտող մեր` հայաստանիցներիս մեծամասնության կյանքի որակի էլ ավելի վատթարացմանը: Ու այստեղ ակամա մտքիդ են գալիս քաղաքական դհոլ-զուռնայի անսամբլն ու ընդդիմադիր կոչվող խամաճիկների թատրոնը, ովքեր շաբաթներ առաջ այլ բան էին “կոկորդ ճղում”, սակայն այդպես էլ ոչինչ չարեցին ու երևի հիմա Օտյանի հայտնի հերոսի նման նամակ են գրում “Մի քիչ փող” տրամաբանությամբ: Վատն այն է, որ ժողովուրդն ու բովանդակ Հայաստանն այս ամենի ֆոնին հայտնվել է Օտյանի հայտնի վիպակի Ծապլվարի ու Խև Ավոյի կարգավիճակում, ասել է, թե խաբված է մինչև վերջ: Չգիտես ինչու երկրիս իշխանությունները որոշեցին, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի ոլորտում առկա ֆինանսական ճեղքվածքը պետք է փակեն ժողովրդի վերջին կաշին քերելով, փոխանակ ասենք էլ. ցանցերի ղեկավար կազմին առաջարկեին սեփական հաստիքացուցակները վերանայել ու ասենք քառասուն միլիոն դրամ որպես ամսեկան աշխատավարձ տնօրենին չվճարել ու այդ տնտեսումներով փակել ունեցած ֆինանսական ծուկուծուկը: Դրա փոխարեն մեր նախագահն ու վարչապետը ֆանտաստիկ փոխհատուցում առաջարկեցին սոցիալապես անապահով խավի նպաստառու հատվածին և նպաստները ավելացրեցին ... հազար դրամով, իսկ ընդդիմություն, որը մինչ այդ հայտարարում էր, թե տիեզերական փոփոփխությունների է հասնելու «փոքրիկ քայլերով», առհասարակ այդ քայլերը վերածեց կրիայի սողքի...
Իսկ առջևում սպասենք սոցիալապես առանց այն էլ վատ վիճակի էլ ավելի վատթարացման, արտագաղթի նոր ալիքի: Ցավալի է, որ այսպես են զարգանում իրադարձությունները Հայաստանում՝ առաջ բերելով հիասթափություն ու հուսալքություն բնակչության ամենալայն շերտերի մոտ, նրանց մոտ, ովքեր օրվա իրենց հացը փորձում են վաստակել սեփական արյուն-քրտինքով:
