Ադրբեջանը՝ հավաքագրելով պայմանագրային զինծառայողների, նրանց հետ գալիս է ներքին պայմանավորվածության, որ սահմանագիծ մեկնելու և ռազմական գործողություններ իրականացնելու ժամանակ, պայմանագարային զինծառայողներն իրենց ընտանիքներին չպետք է հայտնեն դրա մասին՝ ելնելով ռազմական գաղտնիության սկզբունքից: Ընդամենը պետք ասեն, որ մեկնում եմ ՌԴ կամ Թուրքիա ռազմական դասընթացներ անցնելու , վերապատրասվելու համար: Երբ արդեն հայտնի է դարձել մի քանի պայմանագրայինի զոհվելու փաստը, հարազատները նախ զարմացել են , որ իրենց որդիները Ադրբեջանում են ու առաջնագծում և հետո ակամայից սկսել են բացահայտել Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ղեկավարության այս քայլը՝ ասելով, որ որդիներն իրենց հայտնել էին , որ մեկնում են արտասահման վերապատրաստման: Այժմ Ադրբեջանում այն ընտանքիները, ովքեր ունեն իբրև թե արտասահման մեկանծ և ռազմական վերապատրաստում անցնող որդիներ, դիմում են Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ղեկավարությանը, որպեսզի կամ հստակ տեղեկություն տրամադրեն իրենց որդիների մասին, կամ հեռախոսակապ հաստատեն իրենց հետ:
