Հաղթանակներ, որ կերտում են մեր քաջ տղաները, մեր երկրապահները, հայրենյաց սահմանները պաշտպանող մեր խիզախ զինվորները, մեր ժողովրդի խաղաղ գոյության պահապանները։

Սիրելի՛ երկրապահներ, Արցախյան ազատամարտի հերոսներ, Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի հարգելի՛ վետերաններ, շնորհավորում եմ մայիսյան տոների առթիվ։

Հայրենի երկիրը, հողը, օջախը պաշտպանող զինվորն անպարտելի է: Հայ ժողովուրդն ապացուցել է այդ ճշմարտությունը բոլոր պատերազմներում՝ լինելով իր պապերի ու հայրերի արժանի հետևորդը։ Թող որ ստիպված չլինենք կրկին վերահաստատելու այս պատմական ճշմարտությունը։ Եվ թող որ մեր քաջերի ուժն ու եռանդը ծառայի միայն ի շահ մեր հայրենիքի բարօրության ու առաջընթացի։
