Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ: Այնուհետև ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ վարչապետների նախագահությամբ կայացել է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի կառավարությունների անդամների համատեղ խոր հրդակցությունը: 

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ողջունելով ՀՀ կառավարական պատվիրակությանը, շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ Նախագահին, վարչապետին, կառավարության անդամներին և ողջ հայ ժողովրդին Արցախի համար կարևոր ժամանակահատվածում ԼՂՀ այցելելու, ինչպես նաև ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի և դրան հաջորդած օրերին արցախցիների կողքին լինելու, տարբեր  հարցերում օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համար: ԼՂՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ չի եղել ո րևէ հարց, որը ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից մնացել է անարձագանք:

Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է գործնական հարթության մեջ քննարկելու ոչ միայն ընթացիկ, այլ նաև ապագային առնչվող հարցեր՝ ԼՂՀ կառավարությանն անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում բոլորը ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվեցին, որ Հայաստանը, Արցախն ու Սփյուռքը միասնական են ու համախմբված: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հայկական կողմը կարողացել է հակառակորդին արժանի հակահարված հասցնել՝ ցույց տալով ագրեսորին, որ հայ ժողո վրդի հետ չի կարելի խոսել ուժի դիրքերից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է տարբեր բնագավառներում երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:

ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարներն ու անդամները կարևորել են երկու հանրապետությունների գերատեսչությունների միջև առկա համագործակցությունը՝ այն համարելով կառուցողական ու արդյունավետ: Հաջորդիվ Հայաստանի և Արցախի կառավարության անդամները ներկայացրել են համագործակցության արդյունքները և նախանշել առաջիկա անելիքները:  Հանդիպման ընթացքում ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծվել է Արցախի զարգացմանն առնչվող ծրագրերին արագ արձագանքելու ՀՀ գործադիր իշխանության պատրաստակամությունը:
