ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկվեցին կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ու անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ մի շարք խնդիրներ

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ և գերմանական միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (GIZ) «Հարավային Կովկասում եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին իրավական համապատասխանեցում» ծրագրի աջակցությամբ մայիսի 6-7-ը Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան քաղաքում անցկացվեց լրագրողների իրավական վերապատրաստման հերթական ծրագիրը:

Ծրագրին մասնակցում էին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը, Միջազգային համագործակցության գերմանական ընկերության (GIZ) «Հարավային Կովկասում եվրոպական չափանիշներին օրենսդրության մոտարկում» ծրագրի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի փորձագետ Նորա Սարգսյանը, բանախոսներն էին ՀՀ ԱՆ անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալության պետ Շուշան Դոյդոյանը, «Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Լիանա Դոյդոյանը, «Թրանսփերենսի ինթերնեյշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչ Խաչիկ Հարությունյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական ինստիտուտ ՊՈԱԿ-ի փորձագետ Նանե Հարությունյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Մելքոնյանը:

ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար թերևս ամենաարդիական և խոցելի թեմաները՝ անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանությունը ՀՀ-ում՝ պաշտպանության իրավական հիմքը, սկզբունքները, անձնական տվյալների հրապարակման սահմանները, անձնական տվյալների հրապարակումը և հանրային շահը, անչափահասների անձնական տվյալների հրապարակման առանձնահատկությունները, պատասխանատվությունն անձնական տվյալների հրապարակման համար, անձնական տվյալների հրապարակմանն առնչվող լրագրողական էթիկայի դրույթներն ու մի շարք այլ կարևոր հարցեր:

Լայն քննարկման առարկա դարձավ նաև ՀՀ-ում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի թեման: Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանի կողմից ներկայացվեցին կոռուպցիոն գործընթացների դեմ կիրառվող բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդներն ու միջոցները, դրանց արդյունավետությունն ու պայքարի հետագա քայլերը:
