Առաջին հերթին փնտրեք գույնի ցանկացած փոփոխություն: Եթե այն կարմրավուն է և հագեցած մանր մազանոթներով, հնարավոր է, դուք սրտի խնդիր ունեք: Դրա մասին կարող է հուշել նաև ճակատի մաշկի կապտականաչավուն երանգը: Եթե գույնի փոփոխությունն ուղեկցվում է նաև այլ ախտանշաններով` ցավ և ճնշում կրծքավանդակի շրջանում, ծակոցներ, անպայման, շտապօգնություն կանչեք: Եթե ճակատն ավելի մուգ է, քան դեմքի մյուս հատվածները, ուշադրություն դարձրեք մարսողական համակարգին: Ճակատին շատ կնճիռներ և ունքերի միջև երևացող ակոս են ունենում զգացմունքային մարդիկ, ովքեր հակված են սթրեսի:
