Պատահում է, որ սիրտը ավելի դանդաղ է բաբախում, կամ ընդհակառակը չափից ավելի արագ և ուժեղ: Կարող է պատահել, որ սրտի զարկերի պարբերականությունը լինի անհամաչափ: Բժշկության մեջ սա կոչվում է սրտի առիթմիա: Այն բավական տարածված երևույթ է՝ նաև հայերի շրջանում: Տարբեր մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, Հայաստանում սրտի առիթմիայով տառապում է գրեթե ամեն երկրորդը: Սրտի առիթմիան առաջանում է սրտանոթային համակարգի ու սրտի կրճատումները ապահովող մեխանիզմների թերացումների արդյունքում: Այսպիսի նախանշանները հաճախ նաև այսպես կոչված սրտի արգելափակման հիվանդություններ են գուժում:
Համաձայն համաշխարհային վիճակագրության սրտի առիթմիան կամ սրտի աշխատանքի արգելափակումը դառնում են մահվան պատճառ 10-15 տոկոս սրտի հիվանդություն ունեցողների մոտ: Հենց այդ պատճառով բժշկությունը առանձնացրել է սրտի առիթմիայի բաժանմունք, որը զբաղվում էհենց այսպիսի խախտումների ախտորոշմամբ, հետազոտմամբ ու բուժմամբ:
Որոնք են սրտի առիթմիայի կամ արգելափակման պատճառները
Առողջ մարդու մոտ սրտի առիթմիան կարող է առաջանալ բազմաթիվ պատճառներով՝ ուժեղ սթրես կամ գերպոռթկուն բնավորություն, ճարպոտ մթերքներ, նեղ հագուստ, ալկոհոլի, սուրճի օգտագործում, մի շարք դեղամիջոցներ: Ռիսկային խմբում են նաև այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն շաքարային դիաբետ, համադրված ճարպակալման հետ կամ բարձր զարկերակային ճնշում: Սրտանոթային համակարգի կամ դրա որևէ հատվածի անառողջ վիճակը նույնպես առիթիմիայի պատճառ է դառնում, մասնավորապես հետևյալ դեպքերում՝

Վահանաձև գեղձի կամ այլ հորմոնալ հիվանդությունների դեպքում
Ի դեպ, ըստ մասնագետների, առիթմիայի նախատրամադրվածությունը կարող է փոխանցվել նաև ժառանգաբար:
Քանի զարկ պետք է կատարի առողջ սիրտը 1 րոպեյում
Առողջ սիրտը մեկ րոպեյում պետք է զարկի 60-80 անգամ: Սա առողջ մարդու սրտի զարկերի քանակն է, երբ նա հանգիստ վիճակում է: Ֆիզիկակական ծանրաբեռնվածության կամ էմոցիոնալ պոռթկման արդյունքում սրտի զարկերի քանակը 1 րոպեյում կարող է հասնել 100-120 զարկի: Նրանք, ովքեր ֆիզիկապես զարգացած չեն այդ զարկերի քանակը 1 րոպեյում կարող է հասնել 150-170-ի: Նշենք, որ կանանց դեպքում սրտի զարկերի նորման րոպեյում 70-80 հատ է: Սա բացատրվում է նրանով, որ կանանց սիրտը չափերով ավելի փոքր է և կծկումները ավելի արագ են կատարվում:
