«Բժիշկներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունը խստիվ քննադատել Է ԵՄ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի համաձայնագիրը

«Բժիշկներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունն այն կարծիքին Է, որ միգրանտների ու փախստականների վերաբերյալ Եվրամիության եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ կնքված համաձայնագիրը սպառնալիքի տակ Է դնում ապաստան ստանալու մարդկանց իրավունքը եւ խախտում Է կարիքավորներին օգնություն եւ պաշտպանություն ցուցաբերելու հարցում Եվրամիության պետությունների պարտավորությունները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է բաց նամակում, որով կազմակերպության ղեկավար Ջոան Լյուն մայիսի 12-ին դիմել Է ԵՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարներին:

«Այդ գործարքը սպառնալիքի տակ Է դնում ապաստան փնտրելու բոլոր մարդկանց իրավունքը եւ խախտում Է պաշտպանություն խնդրող բոլոր տղամարդկանց, կանանց ու երեխաներին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու ձեր պարտավորությունը»,-նշվում Է ուղերձում, որը հրապարակվել Է Ժնեւում:

Բրյուսելի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ մարտին ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը «Բժիշկներ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունում գնահատում են որպես այն բանին ուղղված հերթական քայլ, որ «եվրոպական միգրացիայի կառավարումը հնարավորինս հեռացվի Եվրոպայի ծայրամասեր»: Կազմակերպության կարծիքով՝ Թուրքիան այդ գործարքի շրջանակներում ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում Է ստացել այն բանի համար, որ «խոչընդոտի մարդկանց ժամանումը Եվրոպա»:

Ինչպես ընդգծում Է Լյուն, այդ համաձայնագիրը «տագնապալի ազդանշան Է ուղարկում ամբողջ աշխարհին՝ երկրները կարող են գնել ապաստան չտրամադրելու հնարավորությունը»: Եթե այս մեթոդը կրկնվի շատ երկրների կողմից, ապա «փախստական» հասկացությունը կդադարի գոյություն ունենալ, եւ «մարդիկ պատերազմների գոտիներում կհայտնվեն ծուղակի մեջ՝ հնարավորություն չունենալով լքել դրանք իրենց կյանքի փրկելու համար»:

Ուղերձի ավարտին Ջոան Լյուն հորդորել Է ԵՄ-ի երկրների ղեկավարներին՝ «իրենց զգալի ռեսուրսներն օգտագործել այն մարդկանց պաշտպանություն տրամադրելու համար, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ունեն», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
