Եթե պատերազմական գործողություններում հաջողությունը հաշվում ենք զոհերով ու մետրերով, ուրեմն ԽՍՀՄ-ը և Դաշնակիցները երկրորդ համաշխարհայինում պարտվել են Գերմանիային ու գործընկերներին: Պատերազմը քուչի կռիվ չի, որ հաշվես, թե նրանց 50 հոգու դեմ քանի հոգի կարող ես հավաքել դու, քանիսին կարող եք ջարդել, կռվի վերջում քանիսը վնասված կհասնեն տուն: Պատերազմը բովանդակությամբ ռազմական գործ է, բայց էությամբ քաղաքական է: Ով սա չի հասկանում ՝հրաժարվում է ընկալել քաղաքականությունը իր բազմաշերտ կառուցվածքով, կամ էլ պարզապես մնացել է կռիվ կինոների ու քուչի կռիվների ազդեցության տակ ու ամեն ինչ դրանց հետ է ասոցացնում:

Այո, որոշ դիրքեր կորցրել ենք, Թալիշն էլ դժվար առաջիկայում բնակեցվի, բանակն էլ խնդիրներ ունի, թերացումներ են եղել, իշխանության ունեցած խնդիրներն էլ բազմապատկվել են ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո:

Բայց վերջնահաշվարկում ունենք այն, որ ադրբեջանական ծրագիրը տապալվել է՝ վատ կառավարվող Հայաստանը, կոռուպցիոն համակարգով, լեգիտիմության խնդիր ունեցող իշխանությամբ, արտագաղթի միտված ժողովրդով և այլ բացասական հանգամանքներով հասել է նրան, որ հրադադարի միջնորդություն ներկայացրել են ադրբեջանցիները:

Խնդիրը մտածողության ձևի մեջ է, եթե համարում եք, որ կյանքը, քաղաքականությունը, պատերազմը քուչի կռիվ կամ բայեվիկ կինո են, ուրեմն այո պարտվել ենք, որովհետև բայեվիկում թշնամու հազար զոհի դեմ տված մեկ զոհն էլ ողբեգրական է ներկայացվում: Եթե կյանքը ու քաղաքականությունը զատում եք կինոյից, ու պատերազմը համարում եք ոչ թե ռազմական, այլ նախ քաղաքական, հետո ռազմական իրողություն, ուրեմն հաղթել ենք, գոնե այս փուլում հաղթել ենք, ինչքան էլ պաթետիկ չհնչի:
