Այսօր ԱԺ-ում ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավել Սաֆարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ խոսեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կողմից հրահանգված կրճատումների մասին: «Կրճատումների հետ կապված աշխատանքներն սկսվել են: Մենք հիմա գտնվում ենք մի փուլում, որում որոշակի ծախսերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ենք վերցնում բոլոր նախարարություններից, որոնք կամփոփենք: Ծախսերի կրճատման որոշակի մոտեցումներ կան, այժմ վաղ է կրճատումների մասին բացատրել ու խոսել, վաղն ավելի մանրամասն կներկայացնենք ու տեղեկություն կտանք»,- ասաց նա:

Այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր է արդյոք, որ գումարները վերցնեն արտաբյուջեի հաշվին, փոխնախարարը պատասխանեց. «Ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, բայց այդ հարցի հետ դեռ չեմ առնչվել»:

Հարցին՝ կրճատումները կվերաբերե՞ն բոլոր չինովնիկներն անխտիր, թե՞ ծառայողական մեքենաների, բիզնես դասով չվերթերի կրճատումները ոչ բոլորին են վերաբերելու, Սաֆարյանը նշեց. «Նախ՝ պետք է առանձնացնենք, թե որն է մանր չինովնիկը, որը՝ խոշորը: Մանր չինովնիկները կարծես չունեն մեքենաներ: Մանր չինովնիկ են համարվում առաջատար կամ գլխավոր մասնագետները, որոնք մեքենաներ չունեն: Կրճատումները կատարվելու են փուլերով, սկզբնական փուլում հիմնական շեշտադրումը կատարվելու է այն ոլորտների մեքենաների վրա, որոնք ֆինանսավորվում են պետական բյուջեից, խոսքը նաեւ պահպանման ծախսերին է վերաբերում»:

Իսկ այն հարցին, թե արդյոք ՀՀ վարչապետին ուղեկցող մեքենաների շարասյունը եւս կկրճատվի, փոխնախարարը պատասխանեց հետեւյալ կերպ. «Պետք է ուսումնասիրենք միջազգային պրակտիկան, անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները, որպես կանոն, ունենում են անվտանգության ծառայություններ: Մարդիկ կիմանան, թե ինչ կրճատումներ են եղել»:
