Հայաստանում հեղուկ վեռելիքի ներկրմամբ զբաղվելու հարցում սահմանափակումներ չկան: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանի հարցին: 

«Ես այս ամբիոնից հայտարարում եմ, որ որևէ մեկի հնարավորությունները չեն սահմանափակվում, ով ցանկանում է զբաղվել հեղուկ վառելիքի ներկրմամբ: Կարող են ներկրել և իրենք զբաղվել այդ բիզնեսով: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կողմից ընդունվել է տեխնիկական կանոնակարգ: Մեր միակ պայմանն այն է, որ ամեն ինչ պետք է համապատասխան լինի այդ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերին:

Միակ պայմանը դա է: Այլ պայման չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ: Պատկան մարմինները ստացել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ: Ես հետևում եմ այդ գործընթացներին: Եվս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում եմ հայտարարել չկա մենաշնորհ»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն անդրադարձավ կառավարության վերջին նիստից առաջ իր հայտարարությանը, որում խոսվում էր մենաշնորհների և կոռուպցիայի դեմ հետևողական պայքարի, պետական համակարգում ծախսերը կրճատելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Վարչապետը վստահեցրեց, որ կառավարությունը հետևողական է լինելու այդ հարցերում: «Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ կան քաղաքական ուժեր և գործիչներ, որ չեն հավատում, բայց մենք կփորձենք նրանց համոզել: Մենք օրենքով որևէ մեկին մենաշնորհի իրավունք չենք տվել: Ձևավորվում են տնտեսական մենաշնորհներ, որի համար կա տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը, որը պետք է լուծում տա գերիշխող դիրքի չարաշահումներին»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
