Կառավարության որոշմամբ գերակա հանրային շահ ճանաչեց Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գնդեվազ համայնքի վարչական սահմաններում որոշ տարածքների նկատմամբ: ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նշեց, որ Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքի ծրագրով նշված տարածքներում «Գեոթիմ» ՓԲԸ-ն իրականացրել է մի շարք հետազոտություններ, սոցիալական և բնապահպանական ազդեցության գնահատումներ:

Ըստ այդմ՝ նախատեսվում է կատարել 370 մլն դոլարի ներդրում:

«Նախատեսվում է ոսկու կորզումն իրականացնել Գնդեվազի տարածքում գտնվող տարրալվացման հարթակում: 2015թ. նշված տարածքից ընկերությունն արդեն ձեռք է բերել ավելի քան 230 հողակտոր (130 հա), որոնք ընկած են տարրալվացման հարթակի տարածքում: Այս հատվածում տեղակայված հողատարածքները պետք է մատչելի լինեն շինարարական աշխատանքները ժամանակին և պատշաճ ձևով սկսելու համար:

Շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել երկու տարվա ընթացքում, որի ժամանակ համապատասխան տուրքեր և վճարումներ կկատարվեն ՀՀ պետբյուջե»,- ասաց Լոքյանը: 

Շինարարության և դրան հաջորդող ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում կիրականացվեն շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությանն ուղղված միջոցառումներ: Ծրագրի շինարարության տարբեր փուլերում կբացվեն մինչև 1300 աշխատատեղեր, որոնց մեծ մասը կհամալրվի տեղի և շրջակա համայնքների աշխատուժով:
